This is me currently. I think a big part of approach anxiety simply comes from inexperience, you need to desensitize yourself to rejection and feeling the fear but doing it anyway. Since I have to drive about an hour for work I’m going to do at least one approach outside of my city every day until it’s easy, starting today.
