1	Personal growth. It sounds like you need a lot more practice with social skills. It can even be obtained by communicating other men. Play online interactive video games or join online clubs etc. that will give you the opportunity to make friends. Obviously when this situation is over. Then get out there I’m person and meet people. Maybe take up a marital arts sport that will force you to interact closely with people and try to make friends. 20	People complaining about dating and PUA tactics as manipulative has failed to see the point I totally agree that the strategies and tools PUA offers can be helpful to those guys who need that extra help with social skills. The main issue with PUA is the mindset it ends up fostering in the process. A lot of times using these tools dehumanizes and depersonalizes the woman. It makes it feel like the “game” is to accomplish a goal like getting laid or getting the “highest quality” woman you can. It doesn’t help with seeing them as individuals and human beings.
