I think you'll find she will. Based on average sentences for what she's been charged with she's likely looking at at least 12 months in prison. We won't know for at least a year, though, given how slowly the courts move.

That's a stupid idea. They can still sign if drunk/high, and the signature would mean fuck all. They'll also be able to say "he forced me to sign it" and you'd be back at square one.
