1	Help Needed! Hostage in divorce UPDATE: Spoke with the lawyer abut next steps. Turns out I really am hostage at the moment. In PA after the above mentioned 90 day cool off period both parties have to submit paperwork to move to the next phase, which I have done. She has not and is using it to stall. I can ask a court to force the signature if I can prove she is intentionally delaying as the plaintiff.
