If these guys weren't interested at all, they wouldn't have gone through the trouble of chatting with you and setting up plans. I think on dating sites people tend to be pretty wishy-washy because there aren't any negative consequences to bailing on a date, and cancelling a plan and staying home is way easier than actually going out to dinner.
