Is it? I have plates that are loyal but aren't HB9s like some of these esclrt chicks. With escorts, I get my sex and no drama or shit tests.

500 cal deficit is only 1lb per week. I mean that's what I was doing when lifting and I was gaining muscle

I'm a genuine nice guy to most people (not the "nice guy"). I don't like playing the douchebag card unless someone tries to pull shit to me.

You're living in a really black and white world. Noone here is a skinny fag who just does cardio all the time. It's not like it's one or the other. You can lift weights and do cardio. In fact, I'd wager that most people who lift also do some form of cardio. I haven't met many people who lift but do 0 cardio. I already do both. I'm just curious about the mental effects of both. And professional fighters >>> guys who lift weights but haven't trained any martial arts. A heavyweight boxer would beat…

That sounds like a real meme response. There's no rule against doing both... You know professional fighters/boxers all do cardio and weights, and they're a lot more alpha than people who just lift but can't fight for shit. Even the heavyweights can all run several miles. What's the point of lifting but not being able to run for a few minutes without gassing out?

How different do you feel after cardio and after weights? Compare them.

Your example doesn't make sense to me. Its extreme and unrealistic. A 5"10 125lb men is very likely suffering from health problems. Men have denser muscles and more twitch fibers than women, so they're supposed to weigh much more. A 125lb man at that height is likely suffering from a number of health conditions.

OP and gf are same weight. Scientific studies find that even average men of similar size to elite female athletes are considerably stronger.

125lbs is usually maulnojrished for a male. It's not malnourished for a female. If the 125lb guy is a boxer or something, he would destroy her. If he isn't, I'd still bet on him. Testosterone is just too strong of a drug.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
