6	"Emotional labour" is the term women use when they emotionally abuse men. I think the issue with the first situation in the article is the guy's comment. It's totally fine imo to not interfere in her work if she can manage it. She could have asked for his help and he should have refrained from criticism.In fact he should have asked if she needed any help as well,I agree. But well I believe that's a communication problem and not the problem with the "implicit" assumption that she's the expert or the manager.
