This is an interesting point, though I think the issue of comfort has to be taken into account. Lack of comfort is a bigger problem with online meetups (tinder, okcupid) especially if the conversation is sex-oriented. I think your viewpoint is a healthy one if a girl occasionally flakes, but if girls are often flaking, this POV could discourage self-criticism that could improve your game (e.g. "huh I don't think I'm building enough comfort with these girls).

Good point. I'm a senior in college, she graduated and is taking a gap year; interning in the same lab. Type of girl whose eyes light up in that "let's fuck" way a lot (you know, just overall peppy and excited) which is my Achilles' heel when it comes to gauging interest. To add to other comments, she's a bartender. That means she's paid to get along well with you like the two of you are as thick as thieves. It also means you're likely the 5 bajillionth person to ask for her number/ask her out this week. Couple of thoughts: -some people are genuinely at the gym to lift.
