Disagree. Though I have had numerous problems with my mother, she has been preaching red pill truths about women to me since I was a kid. I had a singular day last month where it felt like the clouds cleared and I was back to myself. I ended up hiking 20 miles around the coastline, meeting boaters and fishermen, and hitchhiking my way back home. It was incredible and the true essence of MGTOW. I've never needed meds in the past and frankly I do not trust the pharmaceutical world. One aspect of my depression is that it's extremely related to when I eat. I feel miserable right now, but only because I had lunch (rice, chicken, vegetables and water) at 11:30 this morning. I've had a medical checkup and nothing is wrong.
