And what really sucks is how they paint certain issues like domestic violence, sexual assault, to be gender-specific and depict them majority as male-on-female. They ignore and marginalize not just male victims in these situations, but also female victims who may have been a victim of abuse from another woman.

As a man I went to the ER a couple of months ago, and the female nurse asked me the same question if I felt safe at home. I know there's still a very long way to go, but I do think some mindesets are changing and some recognize that men too can be subjected to domestic abuse and perilious situations. The next step is getting men the same help and resources that a woman would be given. This is where the social services and judicial system fails men.

You done goofed up by talking to the police. For anyone else, NEVER talk to them, always exercise your 5th amendment rights. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. Let your lawyer do all the talking. As far as being able to remove the felonies, your best reource would be to talk to an expungement lawyer for the specifics about the law in your jurisdiction (Missouri).

Most already are well-aware. But many cops unfortunately still choose to assume the man is the aggressor and automatically arrest him because of the Duluth Model. Heck, I've even read some other terrible stories of men with bruise marks and the woman had nothing, and he still gets arrested smh. So no offense, but fuck the police.

Pakistani, yeah I've really thought about that tbh, but as a Muslim its considered a very big part of our faith. I just don't believe in Western laws like everyone here and how they can infringe on men's and father's rights. So I'm trying to come up with a solution that is of least risk.

Or maybe look into liquidating your assets and go to Mexico or Vietnam or something. I don't think they will cancel your passport for missed Alimony payments or stuff like that as opposed to child support. You can still send the child support from there if you like. Perhaps you may think all of this is unethical, but keep in mind women never fight fairly in divorce lol and the system is already unjust to begin with.

Understood, so reciprocity might not happen immediately and the custodial parent might get only the amount dictated by what the local guidelines of the country stipulate. And I would assume the custodial parent and/or the court would need to know which country exactly the other parent went to in the first place to act upon this?

Yeah the Islamic marriage contract is called Nikkah, and the groom has to give his wife a gift, known as mahr. It doesn't necessarily always have to be financial. And it is seperate from western civil marriage speaking to your point but most Muslim couples like Non-Muslim couples will register their marriage anyways with the government.
