Lots of great feedback here, thanks everyone. I just got back to town and in the hour since my arrival, she's made me promise twice to take her to bone town tonight. Still have to lose some weight, but I may be rebounding here. I'll let you fuckers know how it goes.

5' 10" 220 lbs, that's up from 190 a few years ago. I used to qualify for Marine Corp fitness standards, so I have a good base to start from (I know the mechanics and mindset of lifting and how to get back there). I fell out of shape because of crazy work hours starting a business. Business is good and definitely an area I crush it. When we started I was not a nice guy. I wouldn't say I'm boring, but hell I guess nobody thinks they are. I've travelled extensively and had/have interesting jobs. My wife always comments about her noticing other women noticing me, and saying shit to her about it. She loves it of course.

In a situation where continued interaction is forced (hair stylist example), embrace silence. Don't feel forced to fill the void. Silence is not awkward for alphas. In a situation where each party is free to move, why talk for more than 5 to 10 minutes at a time anyway? Move on and see if she follows.
