i am 19 and i feel like i missing out/missed out on a lot because of my social anxiety i am trying to fix it but it is really hard. also i don't think you wasted an entire decade, you found what you like to do and are changing for the better. no use crying over split milk instead of worrying about the past just enjoy your present so that you don't feel like you missed out on your 30's when you are in your 40's. also got any tips on being social and getting over social anxeity?

i mean i would love for her to be a super model but i a would be happy with most of the girls in my college. If a girl is cute and cared about me i wont care if is a model or not. and i am broke no money for therapy. i am happy i realized what i am doing and want to fix it before it gets worse. any other options for me other than therapy? really any little thing might help
