thank you for this. based on the comments the thread has received, im going to start changing my mindset completely because i agree with you that they are bs. i was confused after the date and questioning whether i even deserved this, but fuck it, ive waited long enough, i def do lol. ty once again!

Thanks. Anxiety is a real issue that seems to be in the background and it is very debilitating, I am so glad I accomplished just doing that. It has held me back for years and I won't let it anymore. I hope this post helps others.
