I define catcalling as yelling inappropriate remarks with the main goal of humiliating a person. Not simple compliments. There is a difference between ”Nice dress.” ”I like your eyes.” ”You have a nice smile.” And a guy going ”Show me your titties.” or ”I want to lick your feet right out of those shoes.” Context also matters.
