11	Equal pay for unequal work and unequal entry standards I was the victim of a similar situation. At AIT they had an award called Iron Soldier where they took the scores from APFT, Land Nav, Combatives, and Ruck March to determine the toughest soldier. I'd won APFT and Land Nav by a decent margin, but got my ass kicked in Combatives (runners build means lots of stamina, but not so great at fighting.)
