Last year, i got back on the bandwagon with regards to my physical health. I went from 245 skinnyfat to 255 ripped in about 8 months. People fucking noticed. Coworkers, friends, shit even my girlfriend treating me differently. Huge increase in unsolicited attention from women (and 10% of men lol)

Lawyer. Speak through lawyer only. They are probably entitled to that info, but everything should be ran through your lawyer. Probably looking to calculate alimony or wanting you to pay her lawyer bills

Hustle culture has always been in these communities, more a function of being in the poverty class than anything else. The only thing new is the commodification made possible by social media.

For sure. I have tried to have the conversation multiple times ‘if i am doing X too much, then what would you say is an appropriate amount of time per week to do X and lets see if we can come to an understanding’ and its always a non-starter because the actual problem is that i am spending any amount of time at all unavailable to her

I wish he would speak on what happened between them that lead him to lay out his boundaries like that

They are the same arguments. The bloodstained men on twitter made a post about it a couple weeks ago

In my opinion they and organizations like them get too many violent criminals off on technicalities, where its still clear that the imprisoned people committed the crime, just that enough time passes that the witnesses die off or victim’s advocates die off or lose interest.

Yes it was majority men that set this up, sure. But if we are going to have a system that is harmful to a majority of men, and arguably more harmful to men than women, maybe we need to find another word for it besides patriarchy. Maybe those that implement and perpetuate the system have something else in common besides being male. (No war but the class war)

I mean i would say there are plenty of cels that mostly meet your 2nd set of criteria but would be MRAs. Personally i would be outwardly considered on the very masculine end of the male spectrum, but i am also politically far left on the majority of issues, yet am a MRA

Eh. Reading the article, it doesnt seem that cut and dried. IMO theres a decent chance the woman might prevail in the civil suit. At the end of the day he admits to having sex with a minor at a party where underage people were served alcohol. Buffalo bills are in the clear.

Tbh i have nothing but respect for trans men. The reason we never hear ‘trans men are men’ is because they are men. Welcome to erasure and invisibility. Nobody cares. Oh? Another short man with male pattern baldness? I suppose thats why every trans man i meet is super keen to show their scars

This knowledge is part of what was lost when all the og and 2nd gen cel subs were banned. You cant just show people a truecel anymore and have them understand. It leads to more thinking they qualify for incel status that could make it. It leads to People in this thread making noob comments like ‘just hire a hooker’ or ‘convincing each other that life sucks and will always suck’

The only thing i didn’t like was the Tinder episode. How do we differentiate Jen and Shulkie’s tinder experiences? The writers just appropriate the average male tinder experience and gave it to Jen.

You can tell by the tone of the comments that there is no interest in any type of conversation. I will say we as a group have miles to go to curtail the hateful language often used in this space. Talking about men’s rights should not have to mention women at all except where there are direct comparisons on statistical disparities. Less reactionary and less woman-centered. I do like how we get repeatedly called out in that thread for being hateful, but there is plenty of hateful language in that …

yeah a lot of talk regarding privilege uses the term "historically oppressed". I'm not worried about historical oppression, i'm worried about who is being oppressed today.

Honestly I don't participate in any special interest activities anymore save ones benefitting children, the developmentally disabled, or animals. Edit: And the Homeless. I just get tired of having my motives for participation questioned, and the small percentage that just hate me for who/what I am.
