It's just the obvious way and I was trying to avoid a thread of 50 cold approach responses.

Yeah, I couldn't find it on search and was hoping someone had it saved or knew the title

So would you recommend it for hookups? Found any particular types good for this?

Sounds like you're getting plenty of hookups through it! What do you mean by too many red flags?

Are these girls you just approach and ask about their night or something similar? Usually I pull one for pong or to play a game. Might chat but it's always casual, non-flirty.

Probably should have asked for the date right after she told you she was single. If you'll see her later on campus, ask her in person otherwise wait a few days and text her. Don't ask if she wants to go on a date. There are two approaches I take: 1) Hey I'm doing x (something you were planning on doing anyway) and wanted to see if you wanted to tag along? 2) Offer her two options: Dinner Saturday night? X (italian place, for example) or Y (some burger joint)? OR Are you free this weekend? Let's …

Good catch! Still good to keep in mind for other convos!

I figured the same. @OP I know you wanted chat feedback, but the #1 thing many people miss is that at that point, it is probably best to just move on unless you're enjoying the convo.

Curious what other people think about her not giving you her snap. Definite IOI if she had, but I can see her just being more guarded (avoiding creeps) as a reason for not.

Looking more for how to friendzone her in your head/heart whatever. You like her and it's not going to happen. Cool, how do you enjoy her as a friend and get yourself to tone down the flirting, just enjoy her presence? Above edit. Sorry, my question was not clear initially.

Hahah this made me laugh and cry at the same time ;P I do all these things but any mention of hanging out is usually met with sorry, I'm out of town; sorry, just saw this; I'm busy. The usual stuff. Have invited people to ride, even show me around town. Reading over this thread, I probably try to force hanging out too much a)because I'm already thinking they're worth dating and b)usually not picking the right thing usually (e.g. going for the movie).

I play guitar, lift, ride a motorcycle! How do you leverage these when they don't know you that well? Most of the girls I know don't play an instrument/lift. With the bike should I just ask if she wants to go for a ride?

I do this frequently, but tend to get a reason why they can't hang out. I'm in good shape, ambitious, have a variety of interests. The problem might be that I usually invite them for a movie? Maybe I need to try something more appealing.

We had really fun texting conversations, but always initiated by me. For example, if I would just stop any initiative right now, I'm 90% sure that I wouldn't hear from her again. This is where I always struggle, especially if I have only seen a person in-person once. I suppose what it comes down to is do you believe the "Fuck Yes" state necessarily occurs when you meet the person? Or is it possible some girls need to get to know you a bit before they start initiating conversations and being like…
