Thanks for this man. I’ve had a few dates recently where the logistics were bad. She was living with her parents and so was I. So the only option was escalating in the car. Where do you think I went wrong in this? I’m not a stranger to escalating to sex when I’m bringing them to my own place when I lived alone, but it feels different in the car. The first girl. It annoys her sometimes when I talk about my ex because she knows I can have her back at any second as I’m the one that broke up with her. Recently my ex hit me up considering to visit, should I tell this to my gf to make her jealous/show options? I see what you mean, however in this case of the breakup I feel as if it’s my fault since I brought it up and gave her a choice of confronting her parents or losing me. She didn’t want to choose so I kept pushing it until she said she knows that I want to break up and did it for me.

And about regaining my frame again is there a way to do that or should I still act like nothing happened?
