I was able to speak to him (on the phone) but I wasn't 'gifted' extra time with him since I wouldn't play the game.

Oh! I told her that I wouldn't trade my labor for time with him and how ridiculous that sounded. I initially told her I would 'think' about it but that was simply so I could cool off before I said how I really felt.

I guess I don't understand your question..

I actually have an email account for him, but I've only emailed it once. I begin to write things, but then I don't know what I should say. I don't want to taint his opinion of her, but I do want him to know the truth. Thanks for your reply. I think I'll send him an email tomorrow letting him know how adorable he was tonight. He went with his great-grandma to get me a gift, they wrapped it and he brought it with him. He's not old enough to realize that it's supposed to be a surprise so he said "O…

I've been strongly considering uploading the video's I have on youtube, but does anyone know if this is legal? The video I have is far worse than the video posted in /r/mensrights the other day.

Thanks for the reply. Can I ask, did you leave her or did she leave you? I'm having a lot of trouble getting her to understand that it's over.

Well, I'm guessing this is what the next 16 years have in store for me. I have my ex on camera completely losing her shit in front of my Son, nobody cares. She claims I'm suicidal? No evidence? Better give him supervised visitation. One more thought. It's too bad you can't do a little experiment and put a knife in one of her tires. Not that it's right. At all, I'd just be interested in seeing what would happen.

I guess I hadn't considered 1 week on and 1 week off. I'm thinking about that now though, that's a lot less transferring and sounds much easier. I contacted my therapist and she is supposed to have a document done by the end of the week. It's pretty silly that I'm getting shit for improving my mental health. She's just upset because I don't want to be with her, so she's throwing a fit. I have a lot of stuff that I could bring up, but I didn't want this to be that way. I just want a great relatio…

Court was actually rescheduled to today because she retained an attorney at the last minute. She requested a continuance. I'm going to make a new post soon. I just got out of court.

What's worse is he said he has another baby on the way! I have one child, with one woman. I've already gone through enough shit that I decided I will not be getting married, and you can be damn sure I'll make sure I don't get another woman pregnant. I learned my lesson.

Definitely make sure you are not alone with her during, or after the breakup. I've been there and I sat in jail for a day. I didn't touch her. At all. I had 5 bite marks, I had my hair ripped out and choke marks but guess who went to jail! Be careful. Talk to an attorney. Consultations are typically free.

As it stands, she has no clue this is happening. I'm not even sure she will have time to get an appointment with an attorney, court is supposed to be in 2 weeks. Thanks for the thoughtful advice. Just to confirm, you think it would be a bad idea to text her something like: "Hey, I've never done anything to hurt you have I?" Or "I've never done anything to hurt our son, have I?"

This is what I'm so afraid of... Terrified even. Any suggestions since this is a move she knows nothing about? (Should I text her and ask her if I've ever done anything inappropriate etc?)

Thanks for the thoughtful advice! I have all sorts of evidence from her threatening suicide to her harassing me.. but am I right in assuming none of this comes into play?

I do have one camera currently installed now, It's just an Android phone I re-purposed and installed an IP camera app on it. I didn't think about giving my lawyer access to the site though, good idea.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
