Gaslight and withe and black thinking

Relationship works based on your own psychology. They are a reflection of what you look for because of your trauma or subconscious ideas formed during childhood. If you are suffering with relationships I would advice to look for therapy. That's the best way to navigate through your life instead of ideologies. It's not based on a common rule for every person. I may be a narcissistic and attract empaths and abuse them, or I may be an empath and attract dismissive people. It's a reflection of your …

I am 28 years old and I love my 36 years old girlfriend. We understand each other on so many levels even if both of us have our own problems and we go to therapy both. I have shown my insecurities and she did the same and that made us love each other much more. She had very bad exes and I had a cheating and manipulative ex. She doesn't want children and she doesn't want to marry, we are happy until it will last :) then who knows? i dont think she would have any problem leaving me if i will be a …

Jordan peterson.. I know it well I was there too. YouTube is a dangerous place sometimes. At least we learned that ideologies are wrong and there is no guru a part ourselves (and a therapist if we suffer a lot which is a way better way to cope with suffering that listening to these guys)

One time a girl approached me, we had a 4 years relationship afterwards

I had the same thoughts, I resisted one or two more years, then she cheated on me, twice (and we had an happy relationship, loving and caring and bla Bla) . I have been depressed for almost 2 years and i had only one girl I had sex with and she abused me psychologically for 3 months. Now I am 27 with low self esteem and finally maybe recovering. Now I think I will be able to go back on the road to make those whises I had happen. If I did leave her when I could I would have done it at 23 that mea…

Omg why do you have to make a rule for every single experience you have instead of just feeling your helplessness God damn it learn to be sad and feel instead of making a moral rule for everything that happens on your life "oh my grandparents abused me, then it means all grandparent are devil or biblical creature that are here to make us suffer and redeem our sins" People go trough abuses and traumas and they don't make a damn it rule, they go on with life and have all sort of experience with al…

Thanks! Probably the scientific approach comes to gathering informations and practicing. Then it's more a kind of art than anything else since every human is different and it is needed to flow emotionally (based on the experience I had when I had ltr)

Conversations are fine with me, in fact I can get many girls to be my friends. My problem is the timing and taking things to the phisical level. Probably before escalating to the physical level I must be a bit clearer with my intentions and sexualizing the conversation yes

Oh that's helpful, thanks! I'll try to have this mindset. When I try to do that I risk to insult girls, it's like if I want to force myself into being playful with sexual intent I misinterpret it with being a bit arrogant or insult someone(not really insulting but slightly unpleasant). I suppose I must work on that and keep that mentality based on the objective (or the sake of being funny) but in a light way. Your message it makes a bit more clear about how to do that

Let's say that I'm a bit more comfortable with getting the number and knowing the girl better (not for too many weeks though, I'm not interested in a relationship right now) But I want to learn and feel comfortable with ONS as well. Let's say I want sex with girls that I like enough

If you mean the normal anxiety one has when approaching girls, no, it's not that. I have other things on top of that that mostly block me.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
