2	What should be accomplished during a normal first date? (Kissing, hand holding, etc.) No problem dude. Enjoy yourself. I'm sure you'll be fine, but even if it goes terribly, just laugh it off and look at it as a learning experience. You want to make an effort to escalate and try new things, but without putting pressure on yourself to be successful in any given moment or interaction. You don't need to force yourself to do anything that feels very awkward or unnatural to you, but also make a concerted effort to try to get out of your comfort zone a bit and get used to doing what you actually do want to do physically.
