In other words, while there is some malleability in morality based on context, it is fairly consistent, although not absolute. Harems of young boys generally meant adolescent boys, not toddlers, and had a different context for sexual expression than our society, but to kill/assault/maim them would still be seen as immoral. I would not be able to maintain a positive view of myself, if I was to treat another person in a way that I would refuse to be treated. And the idea that if something is a social construct, therefore it is bad or artificial, or worse yet - oppressive. This is the core of the issue for me.
