LBJ and his 'great society' really was the turning point in my opinion. Welfare, entitlement, and huge government spending. That created the climate for the decline that we see now.

There have been many short guys that are amazing. Anyone who says you are lesser for being short is an idiot. I mean the best RB in NFL history (Berry Sanders) is 5'8". He was shorter than almost everyone on the field and he didn't let being short get in the way of greatness. You are great and screw what everyone else thinks!

LBJ was the worst president of ALL TIME. I hate that bastard. His social programs created entitlement, he started Vietnam and micromanaged it and got our pilots and soldiers killed, and he was corrupt as hell. So many people's lives ruined by Lyndon "Fuckstick" Johnson. May he burn in hell.

I would recommend electrician, plumber, or HVAC. All make good money and are in high demand. The average age of people in these fields are over 55. They NEED skilled tradesmen. So you will make bank and have job security. If you can't afford trade school one option is enlisting in the Air Force and doing your 4 years in HVAC and then leaving and making 60k+. I would recommend civilian first if you can afford it. Wishing you the best of luck!!

Chrysler is a separate company. But you are right GM has made bad decisions like killing off Pontiac and other crap. As well as the new Chevy truck design. Ever since the government got involved in 2008 they have not done that well.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
