| 1 | Anyone have experience with nootropics? Thanks. I usually do my homework at night and now the sun sets here at like 5, so it'd be hard to not use any electronics after then. I've put blue light filters on all of my electronics, but I'm not sure if it's really done anything. I'm not interested in vaporizing, injecting or snorting anything, so if I tried anything it'd probably be orally or sublingual. | /r/askTRP | 07/12/16 09:59 PM |
| 1 | Anyone have experience with nootropics?I've already started meditation as well as cold showers about a week ago. What do you think of trying noopept for a few days in very small doses? As you said, lots of people praise it, and lots of people say it neither doesn't work or has negative effectrs. It seems like if I was smart about it, I could figure out if it would really help me or not. | /r/askTRP | 07/12/16 07:43 AM |
| 1 | Anyone have experience with nootropics?Thank you all for your replies. Have you guys that say it's useless tried noopept? I've heard a lot of good and some bad about it, and I'm considering trying really small doses for a few days to see if it helps or not. | /r/askTRP | 07/12/16 07:42 AM |
| 2 | Anyone have experience with nootropics?Only time I get 7+ hours of sleep is if I stay up all night and crash at like 5 AM, and sleep half the day. I can be super tired but as soon as I actually try and sleep I'm not tired at all. Thanks for the advice though, I've put blue light filters on all my electronics and stuff to try and help this. What do you think of trying a little bit of noopept? It doesn't seem that expensive, and I could start at like half of recommended dose and see how it goes. | /r/askTRP | 07/12/16 07:38 AM |
