1	Don't just physically lift. Mentally lift. Although I agree with this post and many other similar posts, I'd like to add that it's important not to get too caught up in the ideal of "The Renaissance Man". Too many guys think they need to be a jack of all trades and end up trying to do too many things at once. Don't dabble, specialize. You want a mission, not ten semi-missions.
