I do this because I am one of them and therefore most knowledgeable and concerned about them. I work in tech. I have seen a number of women in management positions exactly equal to their percentage in the workforce. There are mechanisms in place that kill the baby automatically if the mother doesn't get enough nutrients for both her and the foetus.
