Looking for Monk Mode AdviceMM is different for everyone based on our diverse needs, patterns, and weaknesses. So don't get bogged down holding yourself to a universal standard. "Rigorous honesty with self about self" is my mantra and I learned that here. Generally, read some Laura Doyle. Beyond that, read some classics. Take the time to find out what you really enjoy and dive as deeply as your attention span takes you. Just to give a personal anecdote, in my own journey I realized I had become so obsessed with maintaining… | /r/RedPillWomen | 06/04/16 01:38 AM
These are a few of my favorite things...I discovered this blog a couple weeks ago. Game changer for me, for real. http://www.weavethousandflavors.com/ Also I just started using a French press, its like the coffee is hugging my insides :) | /r/RedPillWomen | 10/02/16 06:59 PM
40 days of penanceJust came from mass. I grew up in a very religious Irish Catholic family, and truth be told I like the ritual. Not exactly a believer, though. I am giving up alcohol, and all social media. I'm going to keep a journal and every negative thought I have about myself I'm going to write it down and then write a response as to why it's not true and erase the original thought. No more complaining, and no more talking to my friends about the ex. No more feeling sorry for myself, damnit! I would LIKE to … | /r/RedPillWomen | 10/02/16 06:55 PM
Weekly self-reflections with RPW 08/02/16Thank you. It is a hard thing to internalize, this break up has been blind-siding. I would not have seen it coming, and thought we were happy. That is the hardest part, reconciling that just because I only saw the good, doesn't mean the bad wasn't there. | /r/RedPillWomen | 10/02/16 03:27 PM
Weekly self-reflections with RPW 08/02/16This week has been an uphill battle. Had to change my locks because ex refuses to relinquish house key. It has been a struggle getting in touch with him so we can do an account assumption for the internet service (has to be a three way call to exchange socials). I am effectively being pushed out of our social circle because of him, and I found out a few days ago he had been cheating on me for ... at least a month, maybe more. Shit hurts. Bad. But I am okay, and taking extra care of my physical s… | /r/RedPillWomen | 08/02/16 06:45 PM
[field+report]/From the Brink of Failure and BackBased just on what I read here, I am happy that you're still around. I am also scared and inspired because I am reminded of myself. I am a birthmother, a recovering addict, survivor of two suicide attempts, and in general have been scared to take on my own demons for most of my life. It will always be easier to live as if it's me vs. the world, but the easy thing isn't the right thing 9 times out of 10. I am holding out a petty unfounded hope that the man I love will call me in much the same way… | /r/RedPillWomen | 07/02/16 08:21 PM

Weekly self-reflections with RPW 01/02/16Don't focus on religion, focus on your values and where they overlap. That will help check some of your condescension. | /r/RedPillWomen | 01/02/16 04:09 PM
Weekly self-reflections with RPW 01/02/16Thank you! Having a lot of alone time has definitely helped the money situation. All my debts were medical or utilities (sh*t roommate situation a few years back) and I couldn't get a credit card right now if I begged, pleaded, and flagellated myself lolllll. But that is my goal by summer! Serious self-restraint and a moderately stocked kitchen I find are the keys to my budget ;) We got this :) | /r/RedPillWomen | 01/02/16 03:51 PM
Weekly self-reflections with RPW 01/02/16This is my second post in a reflection thread and I'm gonna try and keep it shorter than the first. The ugly. There has been some ugly. I am grieving the loss of my relationship, taking a lot of time to reflect on how my behavior aided and abetted in it's final days. I won't go into too much detail here, suffice to say communication breakdowns and hurt feelings are not a good jumping off point if you want to salvage something. I "fought" very hard to try and work through it but I'm realizing tha… | /r/RedPillWomen | 01/02/16 03:40 PM
Talking about my problems/feelings to my SO- am I just pestering him?All of us experience some level of entitlement based on our notions of how our lives should be. It's our job to keep those feelings in check. It doesn't invalidate your disappointment, but perspective is everything. Maybe take this opportunity to pick her brain and gain some leverage. As for you man, men are inherently problem solvers. If it can't be solved, it's not really a problem and doesn't really deserve to be treated as such. In my general experience, of course. It's been said already, bu… | /r/RedPillWomen | 01/02/16 01:40 AM
5 minutes snack ideas - suggestions please?I think a standard grilled cheese might've been the wave in this instance lol My go-to's: "Parfaits." Buy pints of vanilla yogurt, Kashi granola cereal, and some fruit. Slap together in a bowl, takes like 30 seconds. Avocado and fried egg on toast. Frying the egg is the work, takes a couple minutes. Eggs in general are always good for quick, hearty, healthy eating. Those are what jumped out at me. I suppose I could add more later, but I just looked in my fridge and realized half my diet is yogur… | /r/RedPillWomen | 31/01/16 04:53 PM
Tips and Tricks For Grooming?Definitely after, toner works by resetting your skins PH after it's been cleansed/exfoliated. Some people will tone every time they cleanse, but I find for oilier skin it's usually safer to only tone when you exfoliate because your skin a bit more raw and exposed. It's all about curbing that natural oil production. | /r/RedPillWomen | 30/01/16 07:06 PM
Tips and Tricks For Grooming?I've been in an esthetics program for the last few months so I don't know if this qualifies as money or time saving but a couple things I've learned in correlation to my acne prone, oily skin: Salycic acid over everything. Cleanse twice, once to remove surface oil, second to treat. This alone has helped my skin immensely. Exfoliate every three days, or less if you can. Exfoliating causes your skin to over-produce its natural oils which will only make your skin worse. Immediately apply a light mo… | /r/RedPillWomen | 30/01/16 05:12 PM
Weekly reflection thread: 11/02/15I wish I wasn't so late to the party :( I am a fairly new poster here but have been lurking for a long time and in the past year I've made a lot of strides and learned a lot about myself... but here are some highlights from this week: Picked up a second job last month while SO is waiting on start date for a new contract. I paid off a small loan I took out last year IN FULL on Monday! I have always had a terrible impulse shopping/retail therapy problem, but knowing that he and I will be moving cr… | /r/RedPillWomen | 04/11/15 04:07 PM
I realize I'm about to get beat up, but I'd also like any advice to anyone willing- longtime lurker who has learned a lotYour hamster is going at full speed and you need to calm down. I suggest going over everything in the side bar(s) and doing so carefully and intentionally. You may be able to answer your own questions. First of all, for the love of G-d don't reach out to your ex. How should you proceed? If you're really serious about bettering yourself you will stop seeking constant validation and reassurance. It seems that your alpha fuck n bucks is still in the process of feeling you out so respect that. If yo… | /r/RedPillWomen | 07/10/15 07:23 PM
