The last time this happened, i very clearly explained how it made me feel and i did not like that shit and how she cant even give a quick text explanation on why our facetime date plan fell through. this is the 2nd time its happened

so do i call her back/text her? i've been ignoring her all day... she is either clueless about how i feel or doesn't think it's a big deal but I am actually annoyed because this isn't the first time she didn't give me a quick text explanation on why she couldn't respond to me on for a planned and agreed time for a facetime date...
