I'm not sure if humbleness shows itself that way, in most cases.

My remark on n-count was meant to show that I might have less experience and maybe being less credible with statement. But it was a huge thing for me in the past and at times still is, having a fairly low n-count makes me feel that I haven't maxed out. But I guess we can never have enough pussy and the sexual drive always stays with us.

That was a good read, thanks for your reminiscence and the reminder! I probably have fucked 10% of your n-count and on my journey, met a woman that had almost no red flags. Even in a relationship those things apply, maybe even more than being single.

The difference is though, they have a short shelf life and you can work till you retire. Yes, it's unfair that they can cash in on their youth and looks, but the Cashflow will fade, because there is another thot waiting to take her position.

I don't think OP blamed women, he merely wanted to emphasize the point that one of womens behavior is, protecting her man from other women. OP didn't post anything that the community didn't know already, but it felt important enough to him to remind us, when he saw it in real life happening. Obviously, the man is the captain and has to steer the ship in the right direction. Which is the gym and better diet.

I think the line is drawn with the purpose of your content. Looking at your YouTube channel, podcast etc. and narrative, I conjecture that it mainly serves your own interest. If you'd have shot the video and podcast in a way that could be ineterpretated as an addition to TRP community (giving back to the youngsters) it could've been flagged as relevant content and not self promotion. As I already said, it's OK to do something and spread the message, I think it just would be more effective if it …

It's all old news but I'm happy for you that you do something with your life and spreading the message is always good. Not a fan of your self promotion with your video on this sub but that's probably how things are these days.

I anticipate that you're life, when shit really hits the fan, will be miserable. You need your woman to be able to take care of you and for that, you gotta be at least a tiny bit vulnerable. What do you do if your boss fucks with you, you fall ill, have a midlife crisis, question your path in life, get depressed for some reason or get bummed out because of some stupid shit? You need your woman to take care of your home, she needs to provide you with a saftey net where you can tell her or your fr…

I wish I had a friend like you. I moved to a new city and left my friend, who was similar to you in my old town. Most of the men in the new city are lefties and in competition mode. I don't want to compete, I just wanna thrive and help my buddy to accomplish his goals. I am not trained like you or skilled, but I did my minor improvements over the days, weeks, months and years, my mindset is there 24/7.

the market is at some point going to correct itself. I truly believe it's going to be the complete opposite. It will be like this forever and ever, unless there's some radical change. Could you share your insights on how to recognize this trend /bubble? What are the phenomena that you draw your conclusions from? I feel completely dumb / blind not noticing any of it. I was mostly a beta all my life (still am) and can't see the difference from the SM 20 years ago and today. The only thing I notice…

So if a woman I am talking to, is casually mentioning her bf, she basically is telling me I am not good enough in comparison to him? I always thought, it was some feelgood behavior, as in: I know you want me, I like you, but to get a clean conscience, I'll bring up my bf and never mention him again. So if my bf asks me I don't have to lie. Do you think my reasoning is off?

Am I the only one that thinks that you are having toxic people around you? First of all, who gives a fuck what her female friends or her think of you, you fucked her! Second, your buddy should high five you for a great accomplishment instead of buying into that "out of league" narrative that bitches are fabricating. Only use criticism as a fuel for growth and betterment and not as a source for self loathing. You are a prince becoming a king!

Your strategy to lead is a little bit narrow. Listen to Patrice and introduce the concept of options to her. Which basically means, offer her different paths that are pre-determined by you (as I understood it). Anyways, everyone needs to slack once in a while. You physically can't be on guard 100%. Aiming high is good, not considering your maximum capabilities in your equation is foolish. In situations like this I would occasionally respond: surprise me! What do you want for dinner? Surprise me.…

You already got dragged down to her level, maybe lower than hers. Listen to the black Phillip show on youtube. It helped me quite a lot to understand when a woman starts her bullshit and with Patrice's attitude, it showed me that there are more ways to handle a situation. In short, you need to learn how to take an L. All your basic replies to her actions are grounded in the premise that you don't want to lose her and make things work out in your favor. In short, you are her beta. Call her out …

It reads like a manifest of a child of an Indian or Pakistani parent. I think your problems are situated in specific kinds of social groups as in "traditional" homes, which also includes over religious families. I experienced the opposite. Just basic rules, no lying, keeping your word and stay out of trouble. The rest was freedom. As a child, I cherished my parenting when I saw how my peers were controlled by their parents. When I later comprehended the history of my mother's upbringing, I learn…

Seriously, read the above. Sex is no validation of manhood. Get it out of your system. If you have an income, make it special if you want to and buy a pretty hooker. Tell her, you want to do it multiple times and make this experience worthwhile. You will pay more money on this but don't damage yourself with a terrible prostitute. Things said, get it out of your system and improve yourself. After that, hooking up with women by seeeeeeduction. Good luck man and enjoy some kinks you are having too,…

Don't make a game out of it who ends it first. Treat her normal when she comes in and play it cool (you don't know if she wants to call it the quits). When she breaks the news to you, you are having the opportunity now to just reply: "ok". She will be shocked by your reaction and demands an explanation. You could answer something like this: "It's ok, I like you, but we are just dating for 2 months now and it is ok if you want to look for something else." Say goodbye and move on. This is much bet…

I want to chime in my two cents to u/CavityX comment: Show, don't tell! Phase 1 Eating right and ask for a somewhat healthier diet that supports your training plan. If she snacks during the day and offers you some, politely decline without any reason. Keep that going for some time. After that she will pick up on what your goal is. Also decline sex once in a while. If she asks what's up, just tell her you are tired from training plus work and need energy for the next day. Phase 2 Only after s…

I think you are on the right track. Be aware, that you will never completely strip off your BP self. It is always somewhere inside you, hidden and just waits its turn to get out. Live with it, let it out occasionally until you teamed it so much that you are in complete control over it. Some people need time to reflect and withdraw themselves from the outside from time to time. Either to recharge or to solve a problem. That doesn't mean you don't meet people, you just meet them less than usual. Also, everyone is super happy when you come back after some timeout.

You upgraded to become a potential partner. Girls are shit testing you now to see if your looks match your social status. Before you were nothing, merely a ghost to them. If you pass them, those girls will fall in love with you even more. You can A&A as a default response, you can ignore and reward later for better behavior or you come up with anything that isn't a payback response.

Once I sat down in a physics class in 8th grade. This class was a part of an optional class that we had to pick because our school curriculum demanded it. To my disappointment that physics class was for 90 mins from 14.30 till 16 o'clock. Since the regular curriculum ended at 13 o'clock I not only had 1.5h to kill in between, I also was about to fail at all natural sciences, including my language classes. Lots of people can pull through those writings without complaining, "wtf, it is soooo long" but do so when they want a snake oil post. Good reply! I would like to add that in these situations I try not to show my butthurt feelings but bottle them up instead and then play the dread game. Strong advice right here! If I could I would vote it up 100 times. Rescuing is BP behavior to show how much of a knight you are in hopes of getting rewarded with "right decisions" from her in the future. But if you have a BP core, damn, this is so hard to shake off, especially if her behavior hurts you like a bitch.

I have to oblige. There are some girls who like their peer group when it comes to age and many who like older men. It even turns them on to have older men as if they feel more feminine by having one. Of course, no Flavio Briatore looking men, but confident, stoic, athletic and modest men.

You are depressed and not thinking logically. Which, I assume, is normal in your situation. As you stated it, you want to get out of this relationship. Lose fat. It'll not only improve your body aesthetics but also your face. this one is so true! Today I was reflecting on why beards became so popular. They mostly imitate/amplify a man's jawline and edged features (if you know what I mean) but if you have a normal jawline usually losing fat does the same trick and it even looks more "natural". I think cutting your hair down to 1mm for a white man should come with some form of facial hair. Otherwise, I would feel like Earthworm Jim.

I never did it and still have to get my balls together to do this. I liked that you walked away after you sensed the conversation dried out. That means you were confident and not overwhelmed too much. As a man of old age that never pulled it off I have to give you one advice: do it again!!!

Read some of the comments here and it looks like the internet is hard on you. I think I get you (core-manliness) and think you are right (eye contact) is a major key to women. I am not nearly as confident but the times I could pull it off it was a closed deal without even speaking much, but then TRP theory helped me taking her home. So what probably is upsetting the internet is your way of delivering the message: You are presenting it as snake oil and overvalue its importance. Within that contex…

I usually lie: I am a Space biologists (I assume this doesn't even exist), Psychologist, Priest, On my quest to find food for lactose intolerant people jaddajaddajadda... those questions of her are super boring and I dont like those kind of conversations. So in that way I try to make fun of her, usually she understands my sarcasm. If she is throwing a "aaaaw really? that sounds soo interesting" at me, I am telling her "actually, no." (Or reveal my lie a couple of minutes later in that conversati…

Yes and No. Betas strategy doesn't work. TRP strategy instead does work. If you want self-improvement without women, check out MGTOW. I don't think that is the way to live because we human need growth and warmth. If you lack in one area you will try to compensate. TRP just has one additional side effect that is worth mentioning: creating options.

Actually, they will be more entertained by you! Women are not only biological power seekers like a search drone with one purpose only. They also have deeper needs and desires. You are by far more interesting than some dude who has its father's money, because you are showing your drive towards a goal and that is sexy. Don't get me wrong, status, money, looks, intellect is important, but you already have mental capabilities that some might never aquire. The only thing I don't like about your state…

Maybe it is because you generated options (possible plates) and you are not used to the new situation. It could be that your standards increased when it comes to women. Before: any women that would have messaged you first you would have jumped on. Now: you are more selective. Why don't you chill out a bit and try to focus on what expectation you previously had have changed. If you have no new expectations, you could look for them? I always thought being desired when I enter a room and making eve…

If that strategy doesn't work, find another question where she sells herself to you. What I usually do (European here) is that I make push statements with a grin. Usually something spontaneous that just comes to my mind and fits to her. The woman usually picks up on my irony/sarcasm and explains herself and from there I make more loaded questions like "you are not doing that to impress guys?? What's wrong with you?? We men are awesome! Women need to do their parts too!" and then after me being f…

1) Penis: I assume you don't have a micropenis. So, therefore, it is big enough. Ok, porn industry and women expectations are different, but why don't you surprise them otherwise in bed? Ever tried surprising a woman with an outside activity on a first date instead of a boring restaurant/bar setting? Same analogy goes here. Wow her with your confidence. I say you can still fuck her hard and good so that she can go dick crazy, even with an average/below member. Keep in mind, there is always a big…

I like your 4 Step program! How do you deal with complexity/information overflow and mastering the trait you want to master? If you want multiple elements to implement in your life like Abundance mentalities, confidence, self acceptance, whatever the trait/mindset you currently want to adopt into your personality/psyche. then you need to prioritize if you want to develop each. Sometimes though you have to develop elements at the same time because they are all dependend on each other and that wil…

I don't know your logistics, but you could tell her after you spent some quality time together and it is getting late: "Let's go to sleep" and if she asks: "Do I/you want me to sleep here?" you reply: "Yes." It worked out for me a couple of times after sex and hanging out together when I wanted more company. If she hesitates for some reason and answers stuff like: "No I can't because of work or XYZ", you just answer: "ok." Don't make a drama. If she comes up with stuff like, "I don't have a toot…

I am not going into the flaw of why pessimists always think they are realists. Those events could be linked or could be independent. I am not a BP hamster. I am just stating that getting more evidence is a better option than to jump conclusions and ruin something that was good in the first place.

So if she is booking a room for her mother, sister or friend for whatever reason, is not even considered? I don't monitor or expect my plates or LTRs to tell me every fucking thing they do, because when something is up you will eventually find out, there is no need to be so pessimistic and let a good plate/LTR be ruined by it. On the other hand when I found out, I am gone. So they think twice or when they did something stupid ask me for my opinion on it.

like /u/balalasaurus said, gather more evidence and leave no evidence that you found out about it. From the information you presented it looks like you are assuming too much. It is just a hotel booking. Was it at the exact same time she "went shopping"? For how long? Where were the pdf files of confirmations etc.? You know the drill... Till you have no further information I suggest you hate fuck her everytime you are in bed with your LTR and install dread in her. That way you can expand her comf…

Pondering on the terminology only makes sense in the aftermath. The events that happened to OP at that time were interpreted by him as the destruction of his beliefes, dreams and a lifetime of social conditioning. That impact and interpretation/evaluation was necessary for him to develop into the man he is today. If he would have interpreted the impact as mild he probably wouldn't have felt the need to change. Only after time and distancing from the impact OP could put a little perspective on th…

giving them a bigger stake in the society they were part of thus making them contribute more to the common good. ... in the past it usually meant the collapse of civilization ... Could you pls elaborate? Because beta men still need a job to pursue their basic needs and interests (hookers, video games, food) and with various taxes, for example, turnover taxes could contribute to the society. Alpha men will breed with 4-5 women like in pre-historic times and let the government (Beta men taxes mone…

Maybe it was different for you and you did act instead of enjoying all that good anger and getting ulcers and cancer, but rest assured I think that is the problem. I act TRP but I am still having BP believes deeply rooted inside me. My anger is more a form of sarcasm towards women. I usually use it to make fun with them, but lately it is biting my own ass.

A tip from the book Models was: to stay within your demographics. For example you are a very rigid character that studied accounting. For some reason, you get along very well with easygoing artists or actors (the reasons for this are not important for now). So you go to exhibitions, start improv classes or go to XYZ society where you reckon those people meet. To find out which demographics are the best for you requires reflection on your friends and ExGFs. It requires introspection of what you l…

Really? You're disgusted with her because you led and she followed? Sigh. Did you want her to tell you what you were going to do for sex that night? Why would I do that? Makes no sense to even ask that question in the first place by the information I gave you. I think you're projecting your disgust with yourself on her. That is what I mean, by BP-Think. I look down on her for not being that princess, fragile orchid that I believed women were/are. When I slept with my previous LTRs I did "normal"…
