Do you think the writers of the headline state "Avoids jail" as if they are proud of it or something that concerns them? I know there are plenty of people that don't think women are responsible for their actions, like the judge.
I see this all the time. People feel emboldened to say things like that in here but you can be sure that their reddit history isn't full of posts saying 17 year old females knew what they were doing.
There aren't many examples out in the world that show your actions have consequences as a woman. Pretty way to think a woman would think she could do anything she wants.
Not a PPD. She got a 5 year sentence suspended and will serve 2 months on weekends. 90k in restitution isnt shit for him spending 5 years. The judge gave her leniency by agreeing with her attorney that a heavy sentence sends the message that liars may not come forward.
What absolute pieces of garbage, the host, the woman sitting next to him, and the cheering audience. He says all this without having any logic to go with it. "Thou shall not hit a woman" isn't in any literature I know of.
I get it. Women complain about "unpaid labor" as if they are the only ones subjected to it. I'm a 24 hour "unpaid" security guard expected to lay down my life if shit hits the fan.
