I'm really saddened that the sub was portrayed in this way. I haven't read the article because I too don't want to give clicks and more visibility to vice. They already write a lot of bullshit about other topics. Unfortunately, Dominique cannot claim herself to be a real journalist. A real journalist, even if they have their own opinion, would NOT imbue them into their piece. Oh my god!!!!!!!!!! Hahaha yeah ehm.. I think so? I do feel like he was very embarrassed (because of his size, even tho he did offer to do other stuff, I was just very uncomfortable so I said no) so maybe that does play a part in it

Oh boy. I think the most blatant story about this I have is this one: Friends since uni (around 3 years ish of friendship), confessed his love for me early on and I was always VERY clear I was not into him like that. Cool. Cue 3 years of fake friendship where we actually shared a lot, I thought we were truly friends. Then finally one night, after a very scary episode, I gave in and we slept together. Who's heard from him again? Not me. 3 fucking years

Sounds exactly like my old workplace, also in "high-end customer service". It's really infuriating that you have to be polite because of the position you're in. It's one of the main reasons I left that job, couldn't deal with the constant being hit on by men as old as 60 🤮
