Call her again (call(!), don't text) and tell her, you are e.g. free on friday (keep in mind: friday because you could go partying after the date - with or without her [depending how well your date went]). With calling her, she is forced to choose while being on the phone: either she confirms friday, she suggests another day or keeps being vague.
