It's all good until.. Get distracted while pushing/pulling heavy weight that can cause serious injury, then what? Get kicked out of the gym, then what? You there to train or find a girlfriend?

Yep - My advice: Don't get invested. Did that hurt your feelings or something?

How was it net positive? What did you learn with those 8.5 years? How much of yourself did you give? How did it make you better?

I didn't read your post because honestly its too fucking long and who has the time. With the first few sentences, I can tell you that getting invested is where you went wrong.

Realize that nobody gives a shit about you unless you are of some use to them. Start with finding a mission. Give a shit about yourself. Make yourself useful to yourself. In doing so, you will find the others caring doesn't matter so much.

I've never felt more capable. It isn't that we desire to be alone, it is that we can only be truly free and at our strongest when we embrace that we alone control and are responsible for our purpose and future.

Therapy is seldom worth it but can be helpful for a very limited time. You are alone. This is the way of man. Talk to yourself, educate yourself on the realities of this world, figure out how to get some testosterone in your body and find purpose (other than chasing poon).

Exactly. So, going into your next relationship, consider this: Who gives a fuck what she wants? The more important question is: What do you want and how are you going to get it?

Grow a set of balls man. If someone is beating you at something, find a way to beat them. Be better in some other way. This is the way of man. Embrace it.

Who hasn't been beta in some form or fashion at some point out of ignorance. How would you feel if the dude were to commit suicide over this girl? Very manipulative on her part to acquaint you two before cheating on him. How many other good friends does she have?

Make every fuck or whatever you do like it is going to be your last. Jealous means you're too invested. Start divesting yourself by lining up alternatives. Don't be angry and definitely don't make it a thing by talking to her about it. They are emotional not rational. Both actions will push her into his arms. Instead, set up a reversal. Start flirting with other girls, getting texts from other girls and do it where she can see.

Yes. You obviously need her more than she needs you. You need to find a way balance that equation or it's unhealthy for you.

I would try them all and then get selective based on what I experienced.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
