After stimulating muscles there is a 48 hour increase in a hormone that says "grow/repair" and it drops pretty quickly after that. Using your program any specific muscle group will grow 2 out of the 7 days a week.. not enough.

I dont understand, how do you afford a coach but not a better wardrobe? Plain v-neck shirts at old-navy are like 8 bucks on sale. Did you read Mindful Attraction Plan (MAP) - im sure the first thing it will tell you to do is start moving up the ladder... Being stuck at minimum wage shouldnt last long.. keep applying to new jobs and work your way up.. work hard

You know who people don't want to be touched by? People they are not attracted to. Sure there is a spectrum between attraction and disgust;. You seem to be close enough to attraction that she still enjoys sex with you, but not enough that she wants you to touch her the rest of the time Focus on reading and improving yourself. Re-read the books.

Putting two categories like validation vs transactional seems like an over simplification. I also challenge both; validation of what exactly?? Her enthusiasm validates that you are an attractive man?

Unfortunately it takes time. If you read the material then read it again because you missed something. Knowing information can be difficult when you THINK you are implementing what you learnt but no one else has reacted to it yet (either because it hasn't been long enough or they see you have holes in your frame.) You ARE butthurt when she turns you down... which is why she offers pity an hour later. She most likely thinks "Option 1 is he sulks all day and I got to deal with this baby, or Option…

Calling the police on your wife, if she isn't about to murder you or hurt your family, is pretty lousy. What would you have told the police when they got there? She wouldn't let you leave the bathroom? Imagine how dry that will make her when she thinks about how manly her husband is. I don't know what you are arguing about... But I am going to make some assumptions based on your lack of information; 1) you snap at her often and she's also fed up with your bullshit. Sure, you snapped 'mildly' thi…

Lifting weight triggers hormones in your body to "rebuild stronger" for approximately 48 hours before it drops off quick. So lifting once a week means you are building muscle 2 out of the 7 days in a week. And how will you target every muscle during that one day? If you do half body then you are only building some muscles 2 days out of every 14 days BJJ is great and will build alot of stabilization muscles and cardiovascular strength (which is all good) but none of that makes panties wet There a…

I can't deny that my wife bringing me a coffee in the morning makes me feel 'loved' as she put it. Women do want to feel your engagement and attention.

Are you sexy and irresistible to other women? Its a pretty low bar for a latte to turn her on... On the one hand, I make lattes for my wife all the time, and she makes them for me... but never with the promise of sex. I might even make a joke out of it; bring her coffee at 11PM at night and wink... or comment "really? You're that easy that a coffee gets you wet?"

Sometimes shes not horny and your job is to 'get her there' - sometimes I am not horny and when she wants it ill tell her "convince me" - ideally ending up with my dick in her mouth which is very convincing. SO next time, pick her up, bring her to the bed and pin her down and play... then tell her she needs to convince you if she wants more... in your way of course
/r/askMRP01/02/22 01:41 PM

Your wife asked you if you were going to "pin her against the bed" and you said no because you wanted to be 'unpredictable' She basically put the baseball on the tee and handed you the bat and you went to the bench to drink kool-aid

Can you blame her for trying to get attention and warm fuzzies during a time when her husband had become Beta and unattractive. You need to set a rule, even MORE as a parent, dont threaten things you are not going to do. I see it all the time with misbehaved kids.. the parents yell "if you dont cut it off, we are leaving the party" and what happens? The kids continue and no one leaves the party. Shut up and keep working. The biggest challenge is your new found knowledge. You think just because you discovered it the world will shift for you..... REading/fucking/exercise might be a hard leap from TV.. esp if she likes it alot I would suggest board games... Maybe a co-op one where you work together.. you can laugh, drink wine, have a good time and tease throughout. But one day i flat out said "im not watching TV anymore, its useless and a waste of time" - She fought back with "what do you mean, we enjoyed watching X, Y , Z" and then i asked "OH, and what memories or lessons did we learn from that? Yah, you need to capitalize on those spurts of 'motivation' - When my wife had it I showed her the compound lifts and basically wrote her a routine and helped her through it. I would constantly push her to add more weight while fixing her form. If you don't they will follow some phoney "do 200 squats a day" exercise that wont do anything.

Odd, my wife started 'getting in shape' about 4-5 months after I started to show major changes... she didnt want to be left behind.. But I also included her in things so it was easy for her to hop on board. I also quit TV so "sitting on a sofa snacking" was removed from my life and that was a big source of her extra calories... I switched that with something else that improves my life and once again, she followed along

Unfortunately being lean does not give you sexual points. There is a reason we lift; as girls who feel strong muscles change their attitude towards you Your intelligence and yearly salary are great comfort features for a husband but not necessarily something that gets you anal. Read the books and follow them and you have a chance.

You have never met her (considering you havent had sex with her in real life) so why are you putting so many eggs in this basket? Dread doesnt work in long-term relationships like it does in person. She seems like she is running more dread on you anyway since you are questing her phone sex enthusiasm Why not spend the time in the gym and hitting on local girls and have her wondering where you are instead of the other way around

More muscle growth as in visual growth??? if so, higher reps, longer time under tension But as a starter, you should focus on heavy compound lifts.. Heavy lifting alters the brain and creates new connections. Even Arnold says his foundation was heavy lifting. So do your compound lifts for strength and do hypertrophy training as finishing sets

Keep reading the books, you have some things skewed. While any human can be a sneaky little bitch (like marrying for money) - Its also your fault for turning into an unattractive mess. Too many men feel that the wedding vows somehow protect them from the decline of attraction and that the pussy will always be wet. Its actually the OPPOSITE So now you know she left b/c of multiple reasons (read the books, you will find all the reasons) and slowly try to work on being a better you Greif is fine …

I categorized red-pilled men as intelligent men who were able to wade through the bullshit and fog that we believed was real. Men who were able to change their life when most people just droop into the same pool they came from; We came out on the other side of it stronger and able to cut through future bullshit. Your challenge is that you read some books, gained some insight and feel like you reached stage 2. None of this stuff works without weeks/months of daily efforts to become a new man. This explains perfectly why you cant push change, or red pill, on other people. Yes, you need to learn proper listening skills (in the sidebar material) instead of try to solve her problems. The difference, when your a leader, is that she comes to you to 'vent' and then relaxes into your leadership... You heard her, gave her a kiss, and she knows things will be alright. When she tries to vent to a non-leader, like most men out there that doesn't know how to listen and they aren't leading anything, she also realizes that your one of her problems in life and she never relaxes…

National girlfriend day? They are lucky they have valentines.. shut up with this. Does she follow these phoney days? Ie, did you get a steak and BJ on 'steak and BJ day' There are a hundred ways to respond to this shit test and you failed it miserably. Her constant need to be on instragram is a glaring sign that she is either bored out of her mind and/or has low self esteem and is seeking validation constantly

I never looked at her in a sexual way really. This is a pretty telling comment - Even if you were with her sister you would have looked at her sexually if there was some internal desire for her. I used to get this a lot too when I was doing unattractive things and my muscles were non-existent. You would be surprised how little 'emotional connection' is needed when she starts to feel muscles anywhere she grabs and you are a man in demand (not just other people checking you out but your schedule is busy with things to do... You haven't read the sidebar and/or you have made little progress in becoming the person. How can I tell? Before: My wife would gossip and nag, like her other girlfriends, about their husbands. The dude following his passion and making less than his wife won't have the same problems as the guy working at blockbuster without ambition to work his way into something better. Your challenge is that you found the red pill (congrats btw) but instead of starting from scratch and learning it you jumped into questions and now are getting very defensive over the facts. The truth is, this is all you fault and so far all your attempts to correct it have been wrong. Talking about it with her wont fix it. Most importantly, if you became a sexy fuck then your women wouldnt be hoping to fill her sex quota for the week before she gets a break. How do I know? - Because I was…

Everyone has said the important things; But why are you showering two times a day? How bad is your genetics that this is a requirement for you? Seems way to excessive for a normal person; especially if you are WFH and not getting 'outside dirty'

Its been pretty difficult since I have two young kids that require attention and a leadership role at work. Basically if I work my wife cant, and if she works my stuff starts to pile up. So we have this carousal of work/kids/meal/work/kids/meal We created a schedule (its huge) and pasted it on the wall so we can structure our day; its broken down by the hour. You would be surprised how much kids want some structure in their life. It helps, even though getting them off the Ipad/games is always a …

Wow this is stupid; After you release your libido drops... that's not rocket science and is general "being a man 101" shit. If your libido drops to levels this low you need to determine if masturbating is your path to glory. If you somehow think jerking off to porn is more exciting than having a girl hanging off your dick then I don't know what to say; Quit porn for 90 days and re-align your sexual mind into a healthy state.

You have to switch from the generic cookie cutter "i like your body the way it is!" - these words dont even penetrate her mind... Yes foreplay is great, who doesnt love a warm mouth. What I mean to say is... the 'foreplay/choreplay' that wives apparently expect to have good sex is typically due to their lack of desire to have sex with you.
