You think the mom that didn't abort the kid is going to tell the kid she wanted to abort it? You don't think your arguments out much do you? But that statistic is definitely fucked up. Abortion is a hot button that does nothing to actually solve social problems and distracts from them.

It's easy to have the moral high ground when you're judging people from a high horse. Forcing children on people that don't want them and can't afford them isn't freedom. The Alabama law is straight up racism and meant to keep the poor down. But hey, maybe if all those kids do get born they'll grow up and vote these idiots out of office.

I'm going to play Devils advocate for a minute against the idea that modern sexism is violent toward men for the most part. I agree that it is, but in almost every culture I can think of, men have been the warrior class, the bearer of physical burden, the general bearer of the highest physical risk. It's not necessarily right, but it's in no way a modern phenomenon. I assume this is (chicken and egg maybe) because a community can survive with one man and fifty women, but not the other way around…

Good stuff for /r/GetMotivated as well. All good points. You can't expect to be successful in life and among peers if you sweep the little shitty jobs under the rug. Do the legwork, write the backstory, be prepared for situations. Controlled chaos is okay, too, but make sure it's actually better for your personality as opposed to just being lazy.

I'd also like to be directed to these. I'm not a bad conversationist, but I tend to get nervous when the pauses come, which makes things awkward. I guess I mean the ebb and flow of it. Can that actually be taught?

I've found this subreddit is pretty good at downvoting ignorance or trolling. And obviously the groupthought pulls our beliefs closer to each others', but for the most part, level heads win out and the issues brought up are relevant and important. Especially vital since said issues are often scoffed at by other folks.
