“Masculinity” is not inherent to being a man. Men exist that aren’t masculine. Women can be masculine. Masculinity is a characteristic traditionally found in men, but toxic masculinity is literally not the same thing as saying “if you are a man then you are bad”. Refer to my previous comments.

You....are not understanding what is being said here. Stop repeating the same shit. Are you saying that men are immune to criticism without it being labeled misandry? Because literally nobody can define what the inherent qualities of “being a man” is. It’s all constructed by society.

Man it’s a dense group in here. Do you know why food had expiration dates? Because it has the potential to go bad. Saying that “this chicken will give you salmonella” doesn’t equate to ALL CHICKEN giving you salmonella. “Toxic masculinity” does not refer to the entire concept of masculinity being toxic. It means that masculinity has the potential to become toxic and hurt other people.
