Ok. Here’s my advice. Treat this guy like any other random dude who is trying to hit you up with one exception. I say this because you probably wouldn’t care if you never talked to him again. So there’s two options. Going with the grain or against. I love going with the grain instead of against because it speaks to your truth instead of trying to challenge or rebuke another person opinion. If he says you’re beautiful, say “my boyfriend tells me this all the time…” always use his attempt to give …

Totally understand. Thx for clarifying. Does this happen in front of your bf? Or do you and the other guy still have a separate friendship?

This sounds messy. Did you meet the friend first as a possible romantic interest, then found out you aren’t really interested and met his best friend through him? What is the time frame from start to now? If that is the situation, did you close that door with clear communication or did you let it fizzle and assume he figured it out?

Someone who doesn’t recognize or care about the influence they have on others. Examples could be speaking negatively about someone who is generally kind and friendly or someone who doesn’t take time or effort to acknowledge others in their space. As if to act like others are beneath them or that they don’t care enough. It’s the nonchalant idgaf approach to life that show’s immaturity and low EQ.

I think the question rephrased might be how do I get bigger and smaller at the same time. Short answer is you really can’t without a major investment in your exercise and nutrition plus a lot of time at the gym. Someone told me, the choices are big, lean, or natural. Pick two.

AKA - a lie of omission, where selective parts are left out to manipulate the desired outcome. This is different from the blatant lie but is just as deceitful bc it still doesn't allow the other person to make an informed decision based on facts. Now, everyone lies, but I agree some people do it to the point of compulsiveness. IMO, this is a learned trait, my ex learned it from her mom, as an example, that it's ok to lie to their husbands bc they've already decided on their own "what he can hand…

I have referred to this post more often in light of my recent circumstances. Simple, honest, strait forward. These are the types of connections men should form to keep from deviating along a path of self destruction. Even someone who understands this lifestyle is susceptible when they let reason and rationality get challenged by emotion and self doubt.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
