1	My failure with my ex who left me for someone else eats away at me what can I do? I did. Hookups didn't help a whole lot. Self improvement and gaining confidence back ( which hookups didn't bring at all ) by bettering myself did. Still ran into her some time later and it still hit me hard, so i decided to just go full no contact with no planing on ever contacting her again, or hopefully even seeing her.
