1	Allegations of judicial oversensitivity to rape culture - decision being appealed. Thoughts? Judges are supposed to be a neutral third party. By imposing his own opinions on the court he wasted everyone's time and put both the defendant and the plaintiff through a lot of unnecessary heartache. Now they have to go to trial again. Imagine how horrible that must be for everyone involved. The defendant continues to get dragged through the mud and must continue to defend themselves. I can sortof understand the family taking offense to seeing a loved one's mugshot being used as target practice.
