1	False accusation of sexual abuse and molestation : how to respond (UK) You should not have to prove that something is false. And in law, it's certainly not the case (thank God). Let's say I make a claim towards you that you have stolen my car. I have no evidence so the police won't charge. However, in your opinion, my claim is only "unproven" and not false? I agree that unproven claims can be true. However that's not how it works. 7	I WANT MY CHILDREN BACK I haven't seen my son for 15 months now. Not a single day without thinking about the lil lad. Society doesn't give a toss about fathers who are denied the right to meet, see or even only talk to their kids. I don't, and will never, blame women.
