I was a state/world competitor as a kid in sport taekwondo but I basically haven't played a sport since I was 13, got into lifting around 16 and did that for 3-4 years. By the time I started fighting I was big and not athletic and it was so hard. When I started sparring I was gassing within a minute and tapping to exhaustion. I've slimmed down a little but gotten way more athletic. Now I just wish I could get my kicks back to where they were as a kid. Back in my taekwondo days I could kick a foo…

MMA fighter here (amateur: 2 regional MMA fights, BJJ competitor). When I first started training BJJ and Muay Thai, I waited 1 month and watched sparring on each respectively. I asked my professor how long it would be until I was "ready" to spar and roll. He said, "You'll never be ready, you just have to do it. You have to jump in." So I jumped in. Same as you, I was intimidated and out of my element. But he was exactly right. No matter how much I watched, I wouldn't be prepared. Nothing can pre…

"At least I can know I lay pipe against pro athlete competition" - this is all you need to learn from this. Don't get her pregnant, stop the exclusivity. If there is always a victor, you've won this one.

This. Reminds me of Joe Rogan and "Sober October" All it is is a ticking time bomb. You're not really quitting, you're just white knuckling it for 31 days and then your old habits will immediately come back at the end of the month. Not a true fix.

I grew a beard for a while. My hair is blonde, but while my facial hair is full and thick and I can grow a beard, it is red. Makes me not even want to grow one at all.

Correct. But if you think about it, all frame-entering is unconscious, to the extent that they understand it differently. No girl is thinking “I am going to enter his reality and forget my own, I play by his rules now”. This is how we understand it. She is thinking “oh he really is as cool as he acts” or “he’s the real deal”. Holding frame authenticates the woman’s assumption that when a good looking, confident acting guy approaches her, he is not “faking it” or weird. But we know strong frame w…

It's not her personality becoming yours, it just seems that way. What it really is is a manifestation of something much more basic, which is her accepting your frame as her present reality.

This once again shows that there is no direct purpose for a shit test other than to assure her that your frame is stronger than hers. Any answer that verified this would have worked, as yours did. This shows there is no formula or recipe to passing a shit test. You don't even need to reply at all. You just have to prove to her that as a man, your frame is stronger. And as you wrote, this is all it will take to shatter her frame. She is now putty in your hand. Do with it as you see fit.

I don’t really have a question. Just throwing this in here for thoughts. Interesting pairing of trying too hard aggressive girl and also happens to be a buddies ex so there’s a moral side to it too. Even though logic here is amoral.

Being busy has made a girl so obsessed with me I'm debating not even banging her. My buddy dated a girl about a year ago. Super hot, nice body and huge tits. They broke up and he's been dating a new girl for about a year. I've known his ex through him but we never really talked after they split up. Well two weeks ago she saw me at the pool, definitely admiring my summer bod. We started talking and she ended up inviting herself out to dinner with me and my brother. We had a few drinks but she was…

No, I still believe the studies. I am a longtime follower of Martin's protocol. I just now believe other things make more of a difference in the results I get in dieting/training than fasting has. The percentage of a difference that it makes in most is relatively small, but there is still an advantage.

Never heard of a broth fast except for like oral surgery recovery, but I'm sure your doctor is knowledgable about it. But the difference here is OP is advocating water only for 72 hours. You are drinking broth which actually has pretty favorable nutrients. It's almost like a protein shake. OP is getting 0 calories for 72 hours.

I agree completely. I used intermittent fasting for years and strongly backed the protocol at the time. I do not think the benefits are as pronounced as I once thought, but I still use it during cuts to consume more calories in a smaller window of time. There are definitely some benefits and some drawbacks to shorter fasts and if done right, like you correctly stated, many times the pros outweight the cons.

I can get behind some fasting protocols or intermittent fasting but this is just illogical. Yes fasts will make you look leaner, but if you're not eating for 72 hours your body is not being fueled and your physique and gym performance are going to suffer. Unless you are an extremely knowledgable and experienced bodybuilder prepping for a show I would not encourage people to follow this advice.

There is a scale here, where at one narrowly focused end of the scale, women are the "enemy", and further down the scale as we look big picture, nature is the "enemy." The thing is that you are both right, and you should focus on both sides of this scale. While I do not think "enemy" is the right word to use for women, I'll use it for this specific context. In your daily life, you participate. You work to remain more powerful than the women in your life. This is in a very small sphere of the wor…

For all the thousands of guys that come on here, skim the material, and wonder why their life is still a shitty time warp of porn, video games, and rejection, we get one or two guys that destroy themselves to forge a demigod from the ashes. Congrats man. You have killed yourself and created a man. I do not know you and never will, but I am proud of you and the work you put in. Do not become complacent, do not stop. This is why ghosting works. It's not cause they miss talking to you usually, though they may miss the attention. They go crazy wondering what the hell they did that made you leave... i.e., why they were rejected. Even if they aren't into you, ghosting girls is interpreted to them as rejection, which they do not like whether it be romantic or social.

Yes, you're right. But even when I try, I can't have decent casual conversation. I don't know if it's because deep down I don't care or what. I'm still succeeding and reaching my goals but I can't have a casual date at all because I can't sit down and talk for an hour. It's fine I like active dates anyway but I would like to improve this aspect of myself.

I've been RP aware for the past 3 years since finding this sub. My SMV is for the most part, high. I was in a top fraternity in university that put me in good social groups. I'm successful in work and am getting post grad job offers for great companies. I have a superb physique and worked as a model, my style is good. I alpha male with most of my groups and most guys follow my lead and ask for my advice. I get laid plenty but it is probably only based off of looks and status... this leads me to …

My comment said great leaders. Not myself. Think of great leaders throughout history. They had armies willing to die for their cause. Spies willing to die for treason. Assistants and henchmen that would do anything for them.

Most of that was too much liquor making me say my inner thoughts. But yes, even though it ruined a potential lay, I see it as progress. I had a classic nice guy problem just a few years ago and could have never imagined myself doing this. I view it as reaffirmation of my progress instead of a failed lay.

I enjoy that more people are finding "light" or knowledge or whatever they're looking for. It also means this sub is nothing like it was 3 years ago. Increasing the mods seems to be helping, but I can't help but feel the larger audience is forcing this sub down the shitter. I guess that's the price that comes from a larger audience.

Doesn't have much to do with your post but thought I'd share some progress. I attended a "date party" the other day, invited a hot gym bunny who I would say was pretty into me from just talking to her in the gym, she had matched with me on bumble/tinder so clearly interested. She arrived at our pregame, and just zero personality. It was like talking to a brick wall. Started drinking too much just to try and deal with it. I was getting her to just play some drinking games like pong and such so I …

Yes, you're right. Those things are necessary and part of the sale. But what I'm saying is a guy who from afar looks like a stud and then goes and talks to the girl and has no social skills or game, he has a much lower rate of success, even though from the outside it seems he is the "perfect product."

I'm not sure but can you tell me anything about Germany? I'm visiting for a week in May, so wondering what the culture and women are like? How they differ from USA? What do I need to alter/change to be successful there?

Sales skills also translate to success, and it's the same in game. If I gave you 10 $100 bills and told you to go out on the street and sell them for $20 each, I guarantee you that you would not have anywhere near a 100% sell rate. People wouldn't trust you, they'd be suspicious, think they were counterfeit, etc. The same with women. You could be a stud with a good body, job, and lifestyle, but if you don't have the sales skills (game) to close the deal, you won't have a great success rate even …

I'm not a big smiler unless I'm genuinely laughing at something, but I also am a HUGE eye contact guy. Almost to a threatening degree. Women tell me it makes them uncomfortable and wet at the same time.

Yeah. My thoughts is that either A) She wonders who these songs are written about. In reality I write them to make money and get plays, but she'll think "What does the subject of this song have that I don't? He doesn't treat me like this!" B) She'll think I have a beta instinct deep inside and will work to cultivate it. She will continue working for it even when what she doesn't isn't working, therefore, spending more and more time and energy on me. Both of these are a win.

Strange question, not looking for advice as much as your read on these tactics. I'm a country musician, lead guitar player and singer. When girls come over they see my instruments and amps and usually ask me to play something, if not on the 1st night usually the second if they keep coming. The thing is, much of country music is lyrically very lovey dovey, and the things I sing in songs are not how I would treat a plate or woman I'm in a relationship with. When they ask me to play something somet…

I know what you mean. I'm just saying, even if you are actually a psychopath, which I'm doubting, be aware of the weaknesses. There are a lot and you have to control them in order to get the benefits of psychopathy. While there are benefits, in the long run, it is a brain disorder that is not good. Successful psychopaths are a very small minority.

This is ridiculous. I am fairly certain I am on spectrum, diagnosed APD. Psychopathy is huge weakness unless you can learn to control it. Most can't. You have to understand the weakness and strengths that the condition holds, and hide the weaknesses while magnifying the strengths. A psychopath will also never have long term success with people. They may get short term success in forms of sex, relationships, trust, etc, but they will always be found out. Maybe not for being a psychopath, but peop…

While focusing on your topic of political and social victimhood, you are correct in saying it stems from the left. But victimhood is a personality trait that has been around much longer than what we think of as the "political left." It stems more from low self esteem, low discipline, and low accountability. These are traits that many left voters innately have.
