Fuck I have never seen myself so identity I have the same feeling but I don't understand why, it's something new for me, i got like a year feeling in the same way as you. Sometines I don't feel me. For how long do you have feeling this? How did you began to notice yourself you were feeling like this? Ps: English is not my matter language, cheers.

Yes, you should ask for help sometimes is like flu. But many other times is a real health problem. Try to go with a psychologist if is a men is better he would understand you by the right wait. And my friend don't wait to much. Try to make some exercise and go away from the things that make u feel sad people, music, movies etc. disconnect yourself from social networks for a while to get a perspective of the real world.
