I think this quote by Marcus Aurelius sorta touches on negative visualization. "When you wake up in the morning, tell yourself: The people I deal with today will be meddling, ungrateful, arrogant, dishonest, jealous, and surly. They are like this because they can’t tell good from evil. But I have seen the beauty of good, and the ugliness of evil, and have recognized that the wrongdoer has a nature related to my own — not of the same blood or birth, but of the same mind, and possessing a share of…

Cersei Lannister might be one of the only women who doesn't fit into either of those broad (but incredibly apt) tropes, and I think it's mostly due to GRRM building her up like the characters you describe, before showing how inept and truly flawed she is. You just described like 99% of all the female characters in print or film though, well done.

Here is how you can check it via your email address. It also checks a variety of other big hacks to see if your email has been compromised. https://haveibeenpwned.com/

Craig Ferguson touched on this briefly years ago, and was along the same line that OP is. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zdprp0oMAig

I read your other post, thanks for the update. You did good man, you should be proud of your deeds. I used to work as a lifeguard, and pulled dozens of people(of all ages/races) from the drink, and I only had one person thank me. Since it's your ex, I'm sure she's got all sort of hamster wheels turning, but I've found that in life or death situations, most of the time folks won't thank you for saving them, or a loved one. The only person that ever thanked me was a US Marine that I pulled out of …

Older women, even by just a few years, HATE women who are younger. My buddy (32) just started banging this 18 year old. She's a looker, and she's crazy about him. His younger sister is like 23 years old, and she can't STAND it. His sister used to be hot but got kinda fat, and now she's all pissed that her older brother is pulling some hot young thing while she's barely getting the kind of guys she used to get. She was calling the 18 year old a baby and making snide comments recently. Shit had me…

You could add The King in the North to that list. Book version gets injured and bangs some chick while laid up recovering. Marries the the first hole he gets his dick wet in. Ends up costing him his head and his kingdom. Jorah Mormont falls hard for a really high maintenance woman, and to keep up with her tastes, sells slaves and brings shame upon his house with his actions. He's forced to flee for his life, under risk of death. Almost all of the characters in the book who develop oneitis end up…

Sorry for your loss. Did your friend have a drug problem? Drugs have killed plenty of young, healthy people that I personally know.

Did you see that post a few weeks(months?) back, where some wife was complaining that her husband had made a spreadsheet of all the times he tried to initiate sex, and all the times she turned him down? It was great, he used the date, whether or not they did it, and the excuse she used when she turned him down. He told her they weren't having enough sex and she tried gaslighting him "We have sex all the time!". He busted out his list and shut her shit down.

Great list, should be helpful for newer members. I would add Gaslighting to the list, since it's a common tactic used against men. "Gaslighting or gas-lighting is a form of mental abuse in which false information is presented with the intent of making victims doubt their own memory, perception, and sanity."

Yeah, he starts with a serious case of Oneitis and then goes his own way afterwards.

"And to answer your question, pal, why am I here? I came here because Mitch and Murray asked me to. They asked me for a favor. I said the real favor, follow my advice and fire your fucking ass because a loser is a loser."

Man, those sort of back injuries are the worst and it sucks when you're young and have one. Years ago, when I was in my mid-20's, I was working as a lifeguard at a YMCA in NYC. For several weeks my back had been aching while I was swimming, and I couldn't figure it out. Swimming is low impact right? Why would it hurt my back? Well, a few weeks of that pass, and then one night the pain seems even worse than usual. I get out of the pool and go into the storage closet that the guards used as a chan…

Don't negotiate with her. Since you have some rapport with your friend, hash out the details to him and then let the 19 year old girl know what's up. If you're firm and let her know "Hey, the smaller room pays less money" then you probably won't have any problems. This is a good opportunity to practice some frame and appear like an authority figure.

God, this is about to get weird. Strap in fellas, I'll try to keep it short. My dad is very blue pill/beta. My mother not only wears the pants in the relationship, she's the one who started it! Now, to give you a little background. My mother is of mixed race. Her father was white and her mom hispanic(mostly native and black). My mom and grandmother have this huge issue with their skin color, and always wanted to be white. You can probably guess what my father looks like. Blond hair, blue eyes, f…

Not wanting to be everyone's clown is the reason I got off facebook. If you want to have a good time with me, get off your ass and come have a good time with me. When I deleted my profile, it was only women that texted me to complain. My male friends knew that if they want to hang and have a laugh, they can call me up to hang.

I feel ya man. I moved back in with my parents in 2012, at the ripe old age of 29. My 30th birthday was spent at their home, and it was certainly a time of much contemplation in my life. I finally got my priorities sorted, figured out what I enjoy in life, and went back to school to get what I want. I don't care that I'm 31 and an undergrad, and neither does anyone else. There are other 30 somethings here, with similar backgrounds but we're all working towards the same goal.

Now, wouldn't the gunt also qualify as a fupa(fat upper pubic/pussy area)?

GLO, your stuff is always gold brother. One of my favorite aspects are the hilarious pictures you use, and this post was no exception. Now, I gotta ask, in the "modern western variety" pic, is that the bitches tits or her gut? It almost looks like they met somewhere in the middle to become some sort of titgut hybrid. Ugh...

This is the best advice. I had a similar experience with a bar/pub in Asheville last year. I left a scathing review of the place, and the owners contacted me on Yelp and asked if I knew the employee's name, and left a nice heartfelt apology. They weren't there that night, and didn't like the idea of a shitty employee ruining their name.

Yeah, it was the best small film I saw last year. Sam Rockwell stole that film.

Jamie has some pretty serious oneitis. Roose is totally redpill though, he's dark triad too.

She said she's plans on going to law school, which is a colossal waste of money right now. Even if she goes through with it, I don't see her doing much, maybe going back into porn.

Is that second pic from an infomercial? It's that got "tired of doing things...THE OLD WAY" sepia tone thing going on.

I spent a lot of time in fist fights as a child. I learned more about the neighborhood kids through fights than through talking with them. You really saw what a kid was made of during a fight.

Did you miss the part of the story where this guy said he doesn't even have a job? His house? That bitch was running shit as soon as he agreed to give up everything to move across country with her. You think that guy would do anything if he stayed while that other guy came over? The alpha dude banging his chick would have probably made OP lick his nut out of her asshole. Get real.

Yeah, all the other betas in the thread want him to act petty. He just needs to accept that this situation is resolved, and ask his folks for some bus fare home. He can organize his thoughts on the way home and get his shit together.
