| 4 | The first question a woman asks is she is interested.Yeah the question "What do you do?" is a very basic question and nearly anyone will ask it. The commenters here are very jaded. | /r/MGTOW | 15/04/17 12:56 AM |
| 1 | Saw this on ED, thought it would be relevant here.So do you believe your country has the correct method for this issues? | /r/MensRights | 03/10/16 02:23 PM |
| 1 | Saw this on ED, thought it would be relevant here.I think it's similar to babies dying during birth being added to the life expectancy. Not the most important data when you passed that risk as a adult. So you need to know what type of statistic you are reading and how it is being counted before making judgement. | /r/MensRights | 03/10/16 02:17 PM |

Finding the problems, set goals, look for solutions, and work them out. This is why the "apple and orange" differences matter. They are the root of the problem for the wage gap. | /r/MensRights | 03/10/16 02:03 PM |

Forcing people who would enjoy the work out and people that fit the mold in. I will never encourage this change with the strongarm of the government. This change should happen slowly though cultural change and understanding of each other. | /r/MensRights | 03/10/16 01:56 PM |

| 1 | Saw this on ED, thought it would be relevant here.I acknowledge there is a wage gap but also men and women are different. Both have different talents and ways of thinking which are better and worst from one to another. The problem is we need to find a way to include all the abilities of both genders to make the workforce a better place. So in the end we need to find the "apples to oranges" so we can solve the wage gap. | /r/MensRights | 03/10/16 01:41 PM |

I'm trying to find a report where females entering dangerous fields increases the need for safety. It may be wrong that safety increases only when women enter that field but at least safety improves. Same with pay once there are more men in female jobs. Please help me find a source to prove me right or wrong for the first statement. Still looking. | /r/MensRights | 03/10/16 01:33 PM |

| 58 | Saw this on ED, thought it would be relevant here.I do not think it is arguing that the wage gap is fair but arguing that other side (men) have worse working condition. Which should be fixed in progression with all the equal work acts. We need more female boiler repairmen, lumberjacks, wielders, and linemen to even out all fields of the work force. Just like we need more male grade school teachers, librarians, secretaries, home health aides, and nurses. | /r/MensRights | 03/10/16 11:41 AM |
