Not the most important data when you passed that risk as a adult. Finding the problems, set goals, look for solutions, and work them out. This is why the "apple and orange" differences matter. Forcing people who would enjoy the work out and people that fit the mold in. I will never encourage this change with the strongarm of the government. 1	Saw this on ED, thought it would be relevant here. I acknowledge there is a wage gap but also men and women are different. Both have different talents and ways of thinking which are better and worst from one to another. The problem is we need to find a way to include all the abilities of both genders to make the workforce a better place. 1	Saw this on ED, thought it would be relevant here. A mixed gender force will improve standards for everyone. I'm trying to find a report where females entering dangerous fields increases the need for safety. It may be wrong that safety increases only when women enter that field but at least safety improves. 58	Saw this on ED, thought it would be relevant here. I do not think it is arguing that the wage gap is fair but arguing that other side (men) have worse working condition. Which should be fixed in progression with all the equal work acts. We need more female boiler repairmen, lumberjacks, wielders, and linemen to even out all fields of the work force.
