It could be helpful if you think about it the right way. Meditation helps you take yourself out of your thoughts, and lets you look at yourself almost like a bystander for a moment. Low fat won't do shit for your jawline. Sure it'll look better if a double-fucking-chin is your only problem, but losing weight isn't gonna change the structure of your bones. As long as you aren't obese, losing extra weight won't make your jaw look any nice. You can make your cheekbones look more pronounced if you lose extra weight on the cheeks, but you'd have to be pretty fat for losing weight to make any noticeable different there.

My understanding of it is that you're skinny, but all the weight you do have is fat because you've pretty much 0 muscle.
