Fame is for idiots - but i disagree influencers will die out. AI will make human authenticity even more desirable.

This doesn’t offer any answers or solutions though. People who have nihilistic views like this I find hard to understand. You have to do something (unless you top yourself) so the. What do you recommend? My thoughts are try and amplify the things that nourish you, try to stay away from things that suck out of you. Embrace the struggle. Hardship is good for for you ultimately. What else is there to do?

This is solid. Grey instead of black and white as always. Sorry as a default position makes my skin crawl, but definitely think it has trust building and tactical uses. Its more about the ownership of actions and outcome instead of the sorry.

I don't know about this advice, can you elaborate? I use admission of guilt and an apology as a trust builder often with clients. "hand up that was my fault, i apoligise for that. Here is how we can best move forward together". Do you mean not actually verbalizing it, but showing it instead?

"If you think a professional is expensive, wait until you hire an amateur" For most people the above advice isnt good. Pay someone who knows what they are doing, it isnt even expensive. Best call i have ever made recently was the advice in the OP.

This happened to me im sure of it. Haven't smoked in a decade now. Did they discuss how reverse effects? Mediation is the only effective tactic i have found so far for increasing concentration.

the situations that only could possibly happen when you are high are so absurd to look back on. That would have been weird as fuck sober, of course i was high. To be honest as ex every day smoker i agree with OPs sentiment.

It worked for me with to drop fat. But the bad moods from not eating in the morning was affecting my work, the juice became not worth the squeeze.

It is an easy and manageable starting point for gaining confidence. Boosts your test and makes you feel good, leading onto all these other things you mentioned. Getting your mind right is the most important part i believe, but you need the physical base to do so.

This is the absolute worst. Particularly when you end up in a weird underhanded social battle with a person in your extended circle (not necessarily a friend) where everything is passive aggressive gamesmanship. In the end noone wins as it is really people just behaving negatively which everyone picks up on, things can grow to the point of open conflict where there it ends in an open argument or physical. This is a topic that rarely gets discussed here as noone really has the answers like they d…
