2	Half way through 2016, how's your progress? Positives: •posture has been better than it has been for a long time •eating better/more, sleeping right, lifting right (except deadlifts) •de-pedestalized women for the most part •can spot iois like a fucking eagle •picked up alpha music •no excuses/killing my hamster •way easier approaching/getting numbers Negatives: •haven't cut down enough on internet usage •still procrastinate •still do pointless bitching •still need to be less needy •have mild oneitis after every time a girl touches/flirts…	/r/TheRedPill	23/06/16 10:56 PM
