High school 102: "Date a guy and use him to boost your social reputation by looking desirable (because you are in a relationship), and then dump him with no explanation, and slander his character to make everyone feel more empathetic to you, and gain even more popularity. I was a victim of this. Not saying everyone does it, but it definitely tended to be a trend in the high school I was in. And that was only like, what, 3 years ago? I don't know if it is getting better, but I hope so

As a 5'4½" guy, this makes me quite happy to see. Everyone I've ever expressed interest in always friendzones me. I try to be nice, and I'm not a bad/rude or mean person, but I get the nagging sense that night does have a role in it, since I'm below the average height of guys by at least 4 inches. So basically, am smol, but proud. And you made me even more proud. :D

I do find it concerning that we are using a blog post, with 1700-1800's philosopher's words, compared to actual scientific data, and yet are willing to claim this as inerrant information. Seems sus to me

Hmm. This could be. I think it also has a lot to do with how we are raised in general. Strong, independent and successful men are praised regularly, while (at least it seems to me that) women get praised for being kind, considerate, and compassionate. So, how do you get a bigger raise, or keep your job amidst mass layoffs? You fight for it. You have to not care about the other person next to you, so that you can have the better car, the better clothes, the better house. The more money you have, …

I have to disagree with part of this as well, but I respect your research. I've met some very respectable and mature women in my life, so we still can't say, "All women are childish," because some aren't. Maybe some studies have said the majority are, but also on what basis? What makes someone inherently childish? Yes, I agree, women do tend to get a lighter treatment than men in some regards. Just look at Alinity on twitch, who after a large controversy, she had to BAN HERSELF because twitch wo…

I disagree. Some people, regardless of gender, act like children. Maybe in your experience it has been women most of the time, but I have seen a lot of guys act like absolute children too. So, it isn't right to call ALL women "children with extra rights," because only some act that way. Over generalization is what puts a society on its knees, because we constantly fight each other, instead of working together. We fight for our own defence and individuality, which often gets met with hatred and d…

I'd say the same about you bashing men to raise up women to be better than men. But hey, who am I to say that you need to get over your own blindness and ignorance. Your comment and post history show me exactly why men don't want to date you.

I second this. As a somewhat unattractive man, I second this.

It is a half joke. With autism there are benefits and negative side effects. In his case, he has less social capabilities, but extremely heightened memory and intelligence.

My brother has autism and he is happier than I am haha. Honestly, his autism is like a super power. He just, remembers and knows pretty much everything XD. Me on the other had, I just have chronic depression. Now that, is a fate worse than death.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
