Online game only seems easy if you’re already attractive. I feel like if you’re average or bellow average meeting women in relative might be the better option.

Exactly. That’s why I still haven’t been able to bring myself to pay for it. What I really miss is the feeling of being genuinely desired. I don’t want to pay a woman to spend time with me when there are guys out here who don’t have to pay for that. I’d rather know she’s with me because she actually wants to be.

Yea it’s people be thinking this is like an overnight fix but it’s a long process that’s going to take time. Something I’m working on now.

Yea I’m confused why so many are against IG. A lot of women just don’t give out their number to a guy they just met anyway so IG would be the best second option. Plus you get to see more of her lifestyle on IG as well.

Tbh, I’ve just gotten used to it. I’ve still gotten some attention when I go out with my good looking friends or cousins but I’ve realized there’s not much you can do about how other people perceive you. At some point you just learn to accept it, focus on your own game, and make the most of the opportunities that come your way.

The autistic quirk thing doesn’t work if you’re actually autistic cuz then you start to second guess on what to say or if you should even send the text or not.

I haven’t done it in almost three years. I could’ve a few times after my breakup, but the women who were interested just weren’t people I was genuinely attracted to, so I didn’t go through with it. I guess I’m the type of person who isn’t about to Fuck with just anyone for the sake of doing it.

It might be specifically where that professor taught because where I went to college both men and women sat next to each other and talked to each other.

I’m sorry but I’m just not going that far to attract women 😂 I get the point of doing what you can to make yourself more attractive, but there has to be a limit somewhere. I’m 5’5½ and I’ve still had women attracted to me while being short. If you’re at least decent looking, take care of yourself, and carry yourself well, you can still attract women even if you’re short.
/r/seduction11/05/26 12:40 PM

It’s that plus also them just being comfortable with themselves and confidence. There’s some good looking guys out here that don’t get nothing at all.

I brought up clout and wealth because you said that’s why guys with money are able to get laid, and that women want someone they can brag about like a celebrity, DJ, or model. I’m simply saying that yes those things are true but it’s not the only way a woman will have casual sex with you. I wasn’t saying you claimed attractive, confident guys can’t get laid I mentioned that just for context for my experience.

Idk what you’re saying.

I agree to an extent, what you’re saying is true in some cases, but not for every woman. I have friends who have casual sex, and they’re not rich or anything, nor are they celebrities or models. I’d say they’re above average in looks, but the biggest difference is their confidence and self-esteem. I haven’t had casual sex myself, but from what I’ve seen being around them, it’s clear it doesn’t take being super wealthy or having a ton of clout. A lot of it comes down to how you carry yourself and…

I think it’s funny how some people think about age gaps because I’m 24 and some people my age find it weird if you talk to someone 3 to 4 years younger than you. But I honestly don’t see a problem with it .

It depends on the man tbh. It happened to me a second time after me and my ex broke up but you’re right that it doesn’t happen often well at least if you’re not a really attractive man.

I get what you’re saying attractive women definitely have more options, that’s just reality. But I think you’re looking at it a little too much like a marketplace or ranking system. Dating isn’t just ‘who has the most money, status, or looks wins’ every time. Plenty of women even very attractive ones don’t just go for the richest or most ‘perfect on paper’ guy. Personality, vibe, timing, emotional connection all that plays a bigger role than people admit. But I do agree that some guys do take wh…

I mean who cares if they overate them as long as they’re getting women and they find them attractive that’s all that matters. It’s some guys out here not getting anything at all.

That’s how it was for me too. My first girlfriend was actually autistic, and I am too. She approached me first and made things really easy, which helped me feel comfortable asking her out. She was also the main one who initiated physical escalation as well.

I’m reading through this thread and I’m confused why it’s being dismissed that looks can hold someone back 😂 I understand the importance of confidence and positivity that’s something I’m actively working on myself. But there’s also plenty of evidence that physical appearance plays a role in attraction and the kind of attention people receive. I’d consider myself pretty average looking, and even I can notice the difference when I’m around friends and family who are more conventionally attractive.…

Idk I think it really depends on the guy. Some women see certain men as relationship material, and others more as hookup material. I’ve only been in one relationship, but it felt easy because the interest on her end was really high.
/r/seduction06/02/26 02:59 PM

Um yea? Obviously she probably came with her friends but I’d assume if she has a man he’d be right by her side. At least that’s what I have noticed since going to bars and clubs.
/r/seduction19/01/26 08:04 PM

I’m not 100% sure I do know one of my friends usually has a roster/rotation of girls he hookup with sometimes just sticks with one girl for a few months before it’s over

I’m 24 and my friends range from 22-26

I mean I don’t know any stat or anything but I’m just speaking for myself and what I see but most of my friends are hooking up with a lot of women. I’m not doing it myself right now due to me still trying to learn game and working on confidence and stuff but yes from my perspective hookup culture is very much alive.

I just made out with a girl for the first time at a bar at the beginning of December. Nothing happened afterwards but it definitely was a fun time especially since I didn’t think I could do it 😂

A 6 is also above average 😂
/r/seduction26/12/25 03:37 PM

Yeah, that’s actually why I haven’t slept with anyone in two years since my breakup. I’m still working on my confidence and getting past the anxiety. I’ve had opportunities, but I just wasn’t really attracted to them and I knew I’d probably regret it the next day.
/r/seduction26/12/25 02:16 PM

I mean that’s fine if they do 😂 but usually the girls that would do something sexual with me make it clear that they have high interest.
/r/seduction28/11/25 06:28 PM

Yea I’ve probably could have done the deed about a year ago if I had lowered my standard but idk I just can’t seem to come to terms with having sex with someone I don’t find attractive.

I never said women don’t deal with those traumas of course they do. But this particular discussion is about the men who are going through these issues. I’m fully aware of the challenges women face every day, but as a man I can also acknowledge the trauma and struggles that men experience too. Life is hard for everyone, and most of us are just trying to survive and make the best of what we’ve got.
/r/seduction20/11/25 10:28 PM
3

I didn’t even mention sex. I talking about relationships in general also I’m confused on the part you said you’re more entitled to use men to pay for rent and food? You’re an adult not a child you can work and provide for yourself like all adults do. Why do you think you need to use men to survive?
/r/seduction20/11/25 10:24 PM
4

I get what you’re saying, but I think there’s a difference between feeling owed something and acknowledging human needs. Nobody is “owed” a relationship, sure but people also aren’t wrong for wanting connection, affection, or partnership. That’s just being human, not entitled. A lot of the men who fall into incel spaces are dealing with trauma or years of feeling unwanted. Deep down, most just want to be chosen for who they are not out of entitlement.
/r/seduction20/11/25 10:07 PM
1

I’m the same way I don’t even have to be that guy to sleep with a lot of women just enough to build my confidence.
/r/seduction16/11/25 03:35 PM
7

I can only speak for myself, but I’m 5’6 and honestly, I don’t get much backlash about my height from women in real life. Even online, I rarely come across women who say they wouldn’t date me because of it. I think I’ve only came across one woman so far since being single who kinda was put off because of my height.
/r/seduction30/10/25 03:51 PM
2

Naw that’s not true most of my friends get hookups off of instagram and they have around 2-3k followers and no check marks. I have over 2k followers and I get some attention on instagram when I post myself on my story.
/r/seduction15/10/25 12:52 PM
25

Yeah, I mean looks matter in our society . Of course, being kind, confident, and knowing how to talk to women is important but if you don’t have a certain look or fit society’s standards of attractiveness, you’re going to get treated just like your buddy.
/r/seduction14/10/25 01:04 PM

I think what really confuses me about dating is figuring out whether it’s social skills or looks that matter more. Growing up, I was the kid who got bullied, and most girls didn’t like me. There were a few who did, but not many. It wasn’t until I started to look a bit better that I began getting attention but my social skills hadn’t really changed. I want to believe that social skills are what truly matter, but deep down it still feels like looks make the biggest difference idk tho.

People do think like that in real life, but definitely not to the same extent as on the internet. I’ve had people on social media say that a 26 year old dating a 22 year old is weird, or that an 18 year old dating a 20 year old is predatory. I feel like most people you come across in real life wouldn’t think these are strange. Obviously, there are some who do, but they’re the outliers.

My generation is trying to make age gaps in dating weird. It’s really just an internet thing in real life people don’t even view it like this.

Well yea the 4 year old self was free because they haven't witness much of life yet. They haven't gone through a lot and haven't seen how society treats certain people yet. That's why most kids that age are free and feel worthy because they haven't had people to tear them down yet.

I think a lot of us have to understand just because we think someone is in our league doesn’t mean they’re obligated to go out with us.
/r/seduction19/06/25 02:31 PM

I don’t think this is a hard pill to swallow at all, it actually makes perfect sense. When someone’s relied solely on their looks their entire life, they often never develop much of a personality.
/r/seduction31/05/25 11:59 PM

Most of my friends pull through IG so I guess it’s just depends on who you are.

The only thing I think I can do to improve my appearance is the gym other than that I can’t really do anything about my face. Tbf Ik I’m not hideous or anything. I’ve been called attractive a good amount of times in life but I also have been called ugly a lot as well so I honestly don’t know where I stand.

lol that’s what people who say don’t cold approach don’t get. If dating apps aren’t working, you don’t have a big social circle, and you’re low on time or hobbies, then cold approaching might be the only option some people have.
/r/seduction07/04/25 09:58 PM
3

Of course, you still need charisma and confidence that goes without saying. But let’s be real, pretending that looks don’t attract women is a lie people need to stop spreading. If you look like Timothée Chalamet, you’re still going to attract women. Even if your social skills aren’t great, you’ll still get some attention based on looks alone.
/r/seduction06/04/25 04:57 PM
2

lol Idk why people keep trying to deny that looks don’t attract women.
/r/seduction06/04/25 03:38 PM

Yea most of my friends who are good with women did not have to put in any work at all actually. They have been getting girls so we were kids. Tbh my very first relationship came from me not having to put in work.

/r/seduction02/03/25 06:37 PM

Exactly I don’t get why this topic is always framed as if it only applies to men when, in reality, both genders are like this. I see it all the time. We live in a society where people feel entitled to the best option, even when they aren’t the best option themselves. As long as you have a realistic understanding of where you stand on the attractiveness scale, you should be fine. If you’re a 5, aim for 5s or 6s maybe even a 7. If you’re a 6, aim for 7s or possibly an 8.
/r/seduction26/02/25 04:29 AM

Yes, I agree. A lot of men who struggle to attract women often have underlying trauma from childhood that shapes their mindset. That was definitely the case for me. Growing up, I was bullied and constantly called ugly, which made me feel like I would never be someone women found attractive. Seeing which types of guys got attention reinforced that belief. It wasn’t until high school that I started attracting some girls, but that was mostly because I grew into my looks. Some guys never get that ch…

A lot of girls play mind games, whether intentionally or not. Since getting into seduction after my breakup over a year ago, I’ve came across a few girls who claimed to like me but didn’t show it through texting or other forms of communication. At the end of the day, you just have to accept it for what it is, not take it personally, and move on.
/r/seduction30/01/25 04:58 PM

If girls aren’t asking me questions I just assume they’re not Interested in me and stop texting them.

Bro we get it women like attractive men everybody knows that. Being attractive is an important factor when hooking up. Of course women are going to be more open giving their number to someone they find really attractive vs someone they don’t.
/r/seduction25/01/25 04:38 AM

lol as someone who is Gen Z and has a bunch of friends that hookup I can tell you that not all genz is less sexually active.

I agree with you on the point about her not really knowing anything about the guy. But I don’t think it’s agree with saying that women are mainly attracted to lifestyle. You can be a bum with not much going for you, but if you’re attractive, some women might still be interested regardless.
/r/seduction10/11/24 11:34 PM
1

Yeah, online dating is obviously pretty superficial. If you have status or are very attractive, you’re likely to get more attention, but that doesn’t mean average guys can’t succeed online too. You might not connect with everyone you reach out to, but it’s also a numbers game. The more you try, the better your chances.
/r/seduction09/11/24 10:53 PM

Ok… and if that happens then I’ll just move on 💀
/r/seduction09/11/24 08:17 PM

No, he’s 5’10, just a regular guy with a regular job. A lot of women do find him attractive, but he’s definitely not a model. He just puts himself out there—if it works, great; if not, he moves on. I did the same thing a couple of weeks ago with a girl I’d had my eye on. I sent her a heart-eyes emoji, she said thank you with a smiley face emoji so I asked for her number. She gave it to me, and we’ve been talking ever since.
/r/seduction09/11/24 06:53 PM

I have a friend who gets most of his hookups from Instagram. I’m surprised a lot of guys think it’s impossible.
