If you want some extra motivation and pep talking, I recommend you listen to David Goggins audio book Can't hurt me. It's not specific to dating and confidence, but it's all about pushing yourself to the limit and seeking out your goals.

If you want my 2 cents, there will never be the perfect day when it all clicks. You've got to just push yourself out there step by step. Talk to random strangers. Give them (honest) compliments even if you'll never see them again. Be proud of who you are and work on changing what you don't like. Maybe if you send a ton of pictures back she might realise it's excessive and slow down? That being said, I'm not a British teenage girl (at least to my knowledge) so I don't know what her mindset is. Otherwise you could try telling her that you'd rather she send fewer pictures so you can appreciate each one more

I'm in a similar situation. I'm talking to this girl and we've met up and kissed a couple of times, but then when I message her I don't get a response for days. It's quite annoying bc I struggle to figure out if I'm a backup, if she's just really busy, or if she's not interested (when we meet up she's definitely interested)
